New synagogue in Opava
Bartošová, Monika ; Baranyai, René (referee) ; Dulenčín, Juraj (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of a new synagogue in Opava. The location is defined on the site of a former synagogue near the city behind no longer existing city walls, as was typical for the location of Jewish communities. The site of the original fortification is now largely taken by a strip of urban orchards, with the historic building of the Breda department store as the imaginary ending. The fact that the intended location adjoins these orchards played an important role in the design proposal. Another important factor entering the design proposal was the surrounding block of flats. From these input factors, the concept of arranging the territory was created, resulting in creating a semi-open block towards the green circular belt, in which the solitary building of the new synagogue is located in its central location. The building of the community center completing the existing block of flats forms rather the background for this synagogue. The concept of the synagogue building itself did not result from a particular symbol, but rather from abstraction that I perceive as typical of religious belief, because even the Holy Scripture is merely an interpretation of certain events that everyone can imagine differently when reading or interpreting them. The object of the synagogue is thus levitated in a cloud changing according to the angle of view. It is more or less obvious – is or is not. The overlap of the designed building resides in the further placement of the columns forming the cloud at important points of the city. On the pillars we can find Jewish verses in both languages, which font becomes bright after dark.
Tool for Abstract Regular Tree Model Checking
Mráz, Patrik ; Rogalewicz, Adam (referee) ; Hruška, Martin (advisor)
Formal verification deals with proving the correctness of the system according to the given specifications. Its need is driven by an increasing number of computers and a increase in the complexity of the systems being developed. The aim of this work is to implement the formal verification tool abstract regular tree model checking (ARTMC) over the VATA library. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to extend the VATA library on the finite tree transducers, abstractions of tree automata and integrate them together with the ARTMC into the VATA library.

The resulting series of images is processed oil painting technique using mainly medium formats. The composition of paintings based on geometric abstraction and draw on previous work by increasing the details of their own earlier paintings. The operational objective was to search for color variations that inherently express different emotional states. The work focuses primarily on finding harmonious interplay of color tones.
Portrait of rock
Svatoš, Jan ; Mikolášek, Martin (referee) ; Kvíčala, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the memory of the Icelandic rock through a series of abstract paintings anchored in the aesthetics of process painting. The author paints the paintings on the basis of a synthesis of personal experience, a metaphorical conception of geological processes and drawing from a digital photographic master, and observes the relationship between the painter and his painting in the sense of building a painting as an entity with subjective needs. At the same time, the work examines the overlaps and possibilities of abstract painting to stimulate an imagination that changes the resulting meaning and content in relation to its creator or viewer.

Law in the age of uals
Eliáš, Karel
In this study, the author reflects on law and lawyering in modern times. The term ual was coined by philosopher and economist Tomas Kulka. It denotes intellectuals without intellect - a typical ual is a university graduate who knows what is currently intellectually fashionable, knows what is socially passé in scientific discourse and what is currently being debated, likes to boldly engage in discussions with references to fashionable authorities (Derrida, Foucault ...) and by choosing words such as paradigm, post- (modernism, etc.) and other incantations that they usually do not understand in depth. The result is chatter and superficiality. Law is one area where the Uali entity can present itself well. Weyr nearly a century ago and Bejcek quite recently characterized our law schools as law school puppy mills that have little in common with the ethos of universities. This is reflected among academics in faculties where conformism is growing, subject to bureaucratic evaluation of scholarship - how much one writes and where one publishes is more relevant. The result is a limited ability of practitioners to apply the law and the threat of turning lawyering into pedantry. The legislature is happy to accommodate this by proliferating statutory rules, progressively more and more detailed, and so the circle is complete. The author concludes by pointing out that society and science have found themselves in comparable situations several times, but that the voice of reason has always prevailed in the end.

Title : MINOR LIBERTY AND MAJOR LIBERTY: For a decolonial reading of the philosophical genesis in Colombia. Abstract : This research endeavours to restore the philosophical foundations of freedom at work in the protectorate of Indians and the praxis of the first bishop of Popayan Juan del Valle as a primordial moment of philosophical activity in Colombia, and then to show its contradictions not only as regards its provisions but as regards the freedom and tradition properly indigenous. We call this major freedom after the major right and duty of the Misak people. Key-words : freedom, Major/Minor, Relationnality/Substantiality, Nupirau, Pishi, Protectorate of Indians, Things-concepts, Snail, Concretion/Abstraction.
