This diploma thesis medical house in Hustopece deals with a design and project documentation for construction health facilities in Hustopece. Object is used to provide a daily patient care. There are nine private medical facilities of various specializations, pharmacy and optics. Object with its proposal allows wheelchair access. This is a hasnot four-storey building. Structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with stiffening walls, footings based and passports. internal unsound are designed from the drywall. Building roof is flat, edging attic.
Low-floor Apartmen Building

This thesis is focused on designing a simple low-floor apartment building. The chosen land, on which the building schould be standing on, is located in the village Velký Újezd in the vicinity of the city of Olomouc. The structure is designed as an apartment building without a basement, with three above-ground floors and 11 flats. There’s a communal storage part on the 1st floor. The vertical supporting construction are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the ceiling structure is made of POT supports and MIAKO ceramic blocks, the roof is saddle shaped with an angle of 12°, its supporting structure is is made of wooden fish girder.
House with business premise

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new family house with a functionally separate confectionery plant, which forms a separate operational and functional unit (has a separate entrance). The building is located in an undeveloped locality of the village Prace in the cadastral area of Prace, Brno-venkov on the plat number 776/7 and plat number 776/8. The land is located on Blažovská Street. It is a two-storey family house with a partial basement and a hipped roof of small slope. Part of this new building is also an outdoor warehouse and a garage with a flat roof, which forms the space of the terrace on the second floor. Two terraces are also located on the first floor. The family house is the dominant building thanks to the columns supporting the terrace and balcony on the east side and forms a supporting structure for the hipped roof, thanks to French windows from RI-windows, designed on both floors and decorative roofing and polystyrene dividing strips from JKR GROUP. The building has two main separate entrances and two secondary entrances. The main entrance to the family house is located on the first floor, there is a kitchen with access to the terrace, living room, sanitary facilities and a laundry room with access to the garden. The main entrance to the confectionery is also located at the first floor and is designed as a barrier-free. The patisserie has a storage room, toilet and kitchen for two staff. The second floor consists of sanitary facilities, rooms and bedrooms with dressing room and access to the terrace. In the basement there is a utility room, sanitary facilities, warehouses, a cellar and a gym. As part of the confectionery's operation, an outdoor parking space is designed for 3 cars and one space for people with disabilities and disabled people.
Polyfunctional building Olšany near Vyškov

The bachelor thesis deals with project of polyfunctional building with two residential units in Olšany near Vyškov. The building is composed of basement and three above-ground floors. Its main part is formed by project documentation with a technical report. There are also drawn studies, heat technical assessment, fire safety solution and semestral work.
Multifunctional House Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory

The subject of this diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new multifunctional building on the plot in Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory. The building is planted in the shape of a substantially elongated rhomboid and is staggered into almost half-symmetrical halves. The height of these two parts is mutually displaced by one half of the floor so that the object better copes with the significant slope of the plot. The building has five above-ground floors. On the first floor there is a beerhouse with its facilities. The beerhouse goes on to the terrace. On the second to fifth floors are individual flats. The flats are designed primarily as 1 + kitchen and 2 + kitchen. On the second floor there are also apartments. Parking is done by a perpendicular stall around the adjacent road and the car park next to the building. The work contains drawing documentation for construction, thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solution, acoustic assessment and lighting assessment

The house is designed for two family. There are two dwelling units. Office is placed in the first floor and it allows access for disabled person. The roof of the house is single flat roof.

This study starts at the building stage and focuses on the construction details and energy demands of the building. It also looks at fire safety solutions in the home. The floorplan and the architectural look take into account the needs of the future occupants in terms of the relevant regulations, standards and norms. Traditional materials are used with the latest building techniques.
Family house in Čechočovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house in Čechočovice in the district of Třebíč. The family house is designed as a two-storey, partially basement building, roofed by two ramps. The project was created for the purpose of designing a permanent home for a 5-member family with the possibility of two garage parking spaces. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and insulated with extruded polystyrene. The perimeter walls of the above floors are made of Porotherm brick blocks with embedded mineral insulation. The ceiling structure is designed from the Porotherm system. The plot is slightly inclined. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessment in terms of acoustics and daylight. The thesis contains a drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the family house with business premises in Drnovice on parcel No. 1258/78. The building is located and designed in accordance with applicable spatial planning and regulatory conditions. The proposed building fits into the overall concept of the surrounding buildings in the locality. The proposed house has a basement floor, one above-ground floor and built-in attic in double-pitched roof. The garage is attached to the house. The above- ground floor is divided into two parts, namely part of the residential premises and a part of business premises (the bicycle service). These two parts are not interconnected.
