Evaluation of viability of cardiomyocytes
Kremličková, Lenka ; Čmiel, Vratislav (referee) ; Odstrčilík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to get acquainted with the properties of image data and the principle of their capture. Literary research on methods of image segmentation in the area of cardiac tissue imaging and, last but not least, efforts to find methods for classification of dead cardiomyocytes and analysis of their viability. Dead cardiomyocytes were analyzed for their shape and similarity to the template created as a mean of dead cells. Another approach was the application of the method based on local binary characters and the computation of symptoms from a simple and associated histogram.
Technology for liquefaction natural gas and its use and distributing
Zbořil, David ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (referee) ; Škorpík, Jiří (advisor)
Making of a final thesis is one of the very crucial moments when studying at university. Quality of its forma part is one of the most important criterions for its evaluation. The aim of this paper is to describe individual steps during the process, recommend procedures and create a template, which will make the whole process easier.
Electrochemical preparation of fluorescence sensor with highly ordered nanostructured surface
Bedlek, Marek ; Kolíbal, Miroslav (referee) ; Drbohlavová, Jana (advisor)
This work deals with fabrication and examination of optical properties of self-ordered TiO2 and Au quantum dots array and its potential usage in medicine as optical sensor for biomolecules detection. Controlled anodization of Ti through Al2O3 template was chosen as a fabrication method for TiO2 QDs, in case of Au galvanic deposition through Al2O3 template onto beforehand prepared TiO2 QDs or substrate with dimple structure. The influence of anodization and deposition conditions on the final structure of QDs and their emission spectrum is also examined.
Regular Expression Based Searching in Text Files
Šimek, Ota ; Samek, Jan (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This paper desribes the design, analysis and implementation of the program, whichis used to search for specific parts of text in text and xml files. To search, you must create a template using two text-matching technigues. These are the regular expressions and XPath expressions. This is desribed in the first chapter. Application allows to process large number of files or files with a high content.
PHP Web Application Components with a Transparent Data Binding
Loukota, Petr ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This Masters thesis deals with the design of implementation of the extension of given framework for making web applications in PHP language by a definition of website templates in XML with the possibility of implementing own additional tags in PHP. Frameworks are tools used for simple creation of web applications, and this thesis also describes systems of definitions and the utilization of templates in existing frameworks. The part of the design is also a possibility of definition of relation between state of the element of user interface and web application data. Further, the creation of sample libraries of components demonstrating functionality of the solution is described. In the conclusion, the thesis summarizes achieved results and deals with possibilities of further development.
Visiting Cards Generator
Moučka, Milan ; Chalupníček, Kamil (referee) ; Chudý, Peter (advisor)
Business cards are a popular data medium for providing information nowadays. This bachelor work deals with an application of business cards' generating according to general stated rules. Its result is an application which generates business cards for the PDF document. These are ready to be printed and cut in partial ones.
Medical image segmentation based on graph cut with shape prior
Kozlová, Dominika ; Jan, Jiří (referee) ; Jakubíček, Roman (advisor)
This thesis deals with a graph-based image segmentation and its improvement by using the information about the shape of the object for creating specific graph architecture (template). There are described basics of the graph theory, which is the basis of the graph segmentation methods. Designed segmentation algorithm was realized in 2D with graphical user interface in MATLAB. For segmentation of volume data, the method was extended into 3D. Implemented method was tested on simulated data and on real CT and MRI images of vertebra and brain. Obtained results were evaluated and compared with the original method without using the template.
Development of an electric shock welding method for a combination of thin-film and thick-film structures
Hruška, Andrej ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Otáhal, Alexandr (advisor)
At the start this bacherol thesis deals with connection methods of terminals on thick and thin-films. One of the methods, which this thesis is mostly orientated on, is a terminal connecting with the shock welding method. The point was to test, if this method of connecting terminals is suitable for a combination of the thick and thin-films applications. The experiment included making of template for vapour plating, vapour plating of thinfilm on substrate, its galvanic plating and testing. Mechanical tensile strength of created welds was tested and in the end there was done the optical inspection of internal interface of welds.
Ontology-Based Content Management System
Čekan, Ondřej ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis, design and implementation of a system based on semantic technologies and ontology languages. There is described the semantic web and its concept, technology of semantic web especially RDF and OWL and the ability to view on the Web. Another part of this work treats with the specification, analysis, design actual implementation of the system, which processes the ontology and allows users to create individual depending on the definition of the ontology. The created content is presented on the Web annotated. The result of this work is the demonstration application.
Procedural Building Generation
Húsenica, Ján ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Kobrtek, Jozef (advisor)
This thesis deals with procedural building generation. The method which was chosen for implementation of the tool created during this study is based on generative grammars. In this document are introduced some of the advisable methods for solving given problem. It deals with predesign, implementation and evaluation of the results of the application for procedural building generation created in this work. The final tool also allows export of the generated models to Wavefront .obj format.
