Bridge over the river after its widening

This final thesis deals with new design of post-tensioned concrete bridge across river Vsetínská Bečva in the area Ústí u Vsetína. The existing bridge with three spans found in therms of inundation, that´s why is replaced by new four spans bridge construction. The bridge is situated on highway I/57 and used to transfer across the river. The superstructure is designed in three alternatives. Detailed assessment is only for one chosen variant a post-tensioned two-beam concrete.
Reconstruction of the Building for Storage

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is to design the extension of the steel structure of the storage hall. The task is to double the platform area from 18 x 18 m up to 36x18 m with the height of 7,5 m. It is required to use as much of existing profiles as possible. The structure is located in Znojmo. The original roof structure is made of truss girders with the segmently curved lower girdle. The span of main frame is 18 m and the axial distance of main frames is 6 m. All girders are pinned. In extended structure is used the plate girder. Spatial rigidity of the structure is made by wall and roof bracing. The static calculation of main load-bearing elements including joints and specific details was made for the structure. The technical report and drawings were specified by the supervisor. For design of the structure were used valid standards ČSN EN.
Design of prestressed box gireder bridge

This thesis deals with bridging of a lowland valley and the creek Dolanský in the section Jánovce – Jablonov on the Slovak motorway D1. Four variants of the bridge have been developed. Subsequently prestressed single box gilder with large overhangs that are supported by precast struts was selected as the most suitable variant. The construction of the bridge will take place in a formwork suspended on overhead launching scaffolding. The static assessment according to the Europan standard has been drawn up for this variant. The load of the bridge is projected according to the ČSN EN 1991-2 - Traffic loads on bridges and the dimensoin of concrete structures according to the ČSN EN 1992-2 - Concrete bridges - Design and detailing rules. The calculation of load is done using computer software SCIA Engineer 10.1 and Midas Civil.
Steel structure of a multi-functional sports hall

The subject of this dissertation is to design the steel structure of the multipurpose sport hall in Pardubice. The platform dimensions are 50,0 m x 60,0 m. Headroom of the structure is +12,347 m and the total height is +15,026 m. The main frame is created by column on one side and by the spatial truss arc beam.This main frame was chosen duet the evaluation of preliminary design of two variants. The static calculation of main load-bearing elements including joints and specific details was made for the selected option. The technical report and drawings specified by the supervisor. For design of the structure were used valid standards ČSN EN.

Design of the floor slab structure of a primary school

In the theoretical, the bachelor´s thesis deals with line-supported plate. The practical part deals with thw design and assessment of primary school These elements include a plate above the floor, a plate above the 2nd floor, a staicase and an assessment and an assessment of a brick pillar. The calculation of internal forces is performed using the student version of the SCIA engineer 21.1 program and compared with the manual calculation. Part of work i salso drawing documentation for the above mentioned elements. The calculation was carried out according to the valid standart.
The Steel Structure of a Hangar

The purpose of this dissertation is to take into consideration the design and the steel structure assessment of the hangar for small propeller aircraft type Cessna. The platform dimensions are 40,0 by 60,0 metres. Headroom is around 10,0 metres. The object’s location is in Brno. The main structural material is steel S355J2. There are two initial geometric alternatives, in other words structural modifications of desired solution. These are spatial truss arc tie beam and garland tie beam. The two alternatives were tentatively designed according to their dimensions and the main supporting elements of both alternatives were also assessed and considered. The alternatives were finally evaluated and one option was selected for detailed processing. In turn of the chosen option, there had been drawing of detailed analysis of the main load bearing parts of the construction with joints and some other details included. Furthermore there is drawing documentation and supervisor’s technical report attached. The valid standards CSN EN were used in processing of this dissertation.
The Multipurpose Sport Hall

The content of this bachelor thesis is design and report the steel roof structure of multipurpose sport hall. The building is located near the city Olomouc. Load-bearing system is made of arch shaped truss girders. The dimensions of the floor plan are 50 x 80 m with the height of the building 10,26 m. There are detailed structural report and drawing made. ČSN EN standards were used for this design and report.
Slab bridge

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a load-bearing structure of a perpendicular bridge over the Krupa River behind the town of Hanušovice. The bridge turns the II. class road 446, which is a category of S 7,5. For the design, studies of three variants of one-span bridge are processed. The selected variant is solved by means of an additional prestressed plate of rectangular cross-section of height of 900 mm and length of 21,765 m. It is statically designed as the support storage bridge with length of 19,670 m. The design was done according to ČSN EN 1992 - 2. The calculations of the load effects were performed by SCIA ENGINEER 2015 software. The design and assessmetns are solved according to valid standards and regulations.
