Integration, Visualization, and Mining from Data of World Countries
Dušek, Vladimír ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis explores the utilization of open data about countries around the world, particularly data in the areas of progress and quality of life. The goal was to design and implement a web application to present this data and further use the data for data mining. The integration and processing of data from open data sources were accomplished using the Apache Airflow platform. The Python framework FastAPI was used to create the API and the JavaScript library ReactJS was used to implement the web application. In the application, the indicators are categorized. Each of them can be displayed for different groups of countries, for different time periods, and in several visualizations. From the domain of data mining, clustering of countries based on a group of indicators and prediction of future development of selected indicators using regression analysis was performed. The final application is available at jakjsmenatom.cz.
Safe and Seamless Data Sharing
Višňovský, Michal ; Zobal, Lukáš (referee) ; Kolář, Dušan (advisor)
Antivirus companies together create a community network of sample sharing. Data sources are not unified and there exist many types of sharing principles. One of them is the system of Sampleshare, working on basis of the Norman Sample Sharing Framework. The current version is using deprecated technologies and is open to network threats. The main goal of the thesis is to create a reinterpretation of this system, without the clients noticing any changes and having to reconfigure their feeder scripts in a larger scale. The focus is also set to use the newest technologies in means of improving the overall safety of the application and its transfer protocol. The included web application provides user and sample package administration as well as monitoring of the host machine resources.
Data Mining Based Web Analyzer of Job Advertisements
Wittner, Alex ; Dzurenda, Petr (referee) ; Sikora, Marek (advisor)

Secure Coding Guidelines for React
Solich, Filip ; Firc, Anton (referee) ; Malinka, Kamil (advisor)
This work deals with writing secure applications in JavaScript library React. The aim of this work is to create a guide for programmers to be able to detect parts of web applications that can be exploited to attack on the application. It describes how and to what you need to pay attention to when writing web applications, what are the best programming practices in the React library, thanks to which the programmer can avoid security errors in the application code and how to fix any errors. The types of attacks themselves and how attacks on a vulnerable application can take place are also described here. Knowing the progress of the attack will help the programmer to think better about the weak links of the application and thus also detect a security issue in the application before the attacker.
Web application for Cybersecurity Job Ads Analysis
Turek, Adam ; Sikora, Marek (referee) ; Ricci, Sara (advisor)
Continuous Integration Dashboard
Abramov, Mikhail ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
Graphical Visualization of Incident Handling
Markovičová, Veronika ; Holkovič, Martin (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the proposal and implementation of components that visualize data on incidents and their states. These components aims to create a clear visualization of incidents and their states that would facilitate the search for information on incidents and thus streamlining their work. One of the components created shows a detailed description of individual states of incident. The second created component shows either one or more incidents as the sequence of their states on the timeline. As a suitable tool for visualization and demonstration of created components, dashboard has been chosen. Components were consulted and tested with Flowmon.
Web application tool for optical network monitoring
Rýdl, Pavel ; Horváth, Tomáš (referee) ; Holík, Martin (advisor)
The problematics of gigabit optical networks as well as web technologies suitable for a web tool implementation were studied within this thesis. An experimental web application for monitoring GPON frames is developed based on the proposed system architecture. The frontend is implemented using ReactJS and the Tornado web framework is used for backend implementation. Data for analysis are read from the stream using the Kafka platform.
