Futures trading - price action and order flow analysis

The thesis purpose is to show that small time frame discretionary e-mini market trading does not mean only blind betting without long term success. Carefully built trading plan, risk management optimization and self-control mastering are the key elements for successful financial market speculation. The first part of the thesis focuses on basics of market mechanism, price activity and order flow. Practical part summarizes findings of theoretical part of the thesis to comprehensive concept, trading plan which is tested through one month demo account trading e-mini Dow market.
Online shopping customer protection

This thesis Online Shopping Customer Protection deals in the theoretical part with the history of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and defines the very concept of the consumer. Furthermore, this section lists some of the control and oversight bodies operating in the Czech Republic and it describes the concept of electronic commerce and the development itself. It also mentions types of e-shops and it in detail analyses the procedure of buying goods on the Internet by the consumer. In the conclusion of the theoretical part the legislation of shopping on the Internet is explained, especially the obligations of the seller and consumer rights. In the analytical part there is a quantitative research performed using questionnaires, that is focused mainly on buying goods on the Internet. The goal of this work is to evaluate the results of the questionnaire survey and subsequent comparison of the author's hypotheses with the survey results.
Consumer protection in contracting away from business premises

Bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection, especially in contracting away from business premises. The theoretical part deal with consumer contracts, particularly contracts concluded by a distance and off-premises. Furthermore there is discussed consumer protection in contracting away from business premise in the European Union and also in the Czech republic and activities of the Czech trade inspection. The questioning in practical part research, if respondents are aware about the issue of consumer protection. In practical part, there is also processed interview with JUDr. Věra Knoblochová, Ph.D., who worked in Brusel in the issue of consumer protection. Last but not least is in my practical part statistics of the activities of the Czech trade inspection during roadshow and trades through internet.
Consumer protection at purchase of food

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze rights of consumers and obligation of sellers when buing food. The first chapter defines general concepts related to this issue. Following chapters are focused on the main principles of consumer protection in the EU and the Czech Republic, on the general requirements for food labeling, on food packaging from both hygienic and recycling aspects. Another important aspects is the issue of the claim. The last chapter deals with the comparison of price and quality for the particular products. The first goal of this thesis is to summarize a picture of the consumer protection when buing food in the Czech Republic and to inform reader about his rights and obligations in this area. The second goal is to show the reader that the quality is not always the main atribute to determine the price of goods.

Purchase contract

The topic of thesis is the purchase contract. The goal was to give its complete description, as it´s the most common type of contract, and to address everything that is related to this topic. The partial goal was to compare the civil and commercial legislation concerning the purchase agreement as well as taking into account the new Civil Code. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. However, by definition it is clear that these two parts are interconnected and the whole work represents a complex text. The focus of the analysis is placed on a sample purchase contract. Individual provisions of the sample purchase contract are supplemented by commentary, which includes suggestions and recommendations as well as personal opinions de lege ferenda.
Delivery Conditions INCOTERMS in international trade

The aim is to show file delivery INCOTERMS in the context of foreign trade activities. The aim is to describe some possible connections and consequences that occur during their use in international trade. It focuses on foreign trade operations under the jurisdiction of INCOTERMS delivery, from the perspective of both parties. The practical objective is therefore to analyze applications Incoterms clauses in selected real-world business operations of companies following the introduction of clauses INCOTERMS 2010 according to various criteria. The company is monitored in the evaluation viewed from two sides, it is a party buyers and sellers. The work compares the use of Incoterms clauses, both among buyers and sellers and between their trading partners.Data were obtained by questionnaire survey of companies in the Czech Republic.
Consumer protection during shopping via the internet

The aim of this study is to determine the disparity between the consumer and seller, which persists despite the fact that online shopping has developed activities. You need to know under what law the legislation on consumer has the right and thus the related obligation. The consumer is usually an individual who lacks sufficient information or the necessary resources or do not know where to find information. Some sellers abuses it and I would like to put a big emphasis on it in my work. Consumer protection is in highly advanced trading a very important part of the purchase. Buying over the Internet is a rapidly growing trend that will soon surpass the expectations of even the biggest optimists.
Consumer protection - liability for defects concerning a sale of textiles

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and elaborate problems around liability for defects concerning a sale of textiles. Another purpose deals with evaluation of consumer experience in this matter which results from a questionnaire. The thesis defines basic notions in this area and describes a legal relationship between consumer and seller in the meaning of the liability for defects. An overview of consumer rights which can be applied in complaint procedure with regard to the nature of defects is adduced. Furthermore there are summarized phases of complaint procedure. The results from evaluation of respondent's answers are presented in the form of graphs with a verbal commentary at the conclusion.
