Práce se zabývá právní úpravou ochrany spotřebitele v České republice a v Evropské unii. Jsou popsány práva, povinnosti a zásady týkající se ochrany spotřebitele. Zmíněn je také přehled a informace o institucích a občanských organizacích v rámci ochrany spotřebitele. This work deals with consumer protection legislation in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Describes the rights, obligations and principles relating to the protection of consumers. Also mentioned is the overview and information about institutions and civil society organizations in the protection of consumers.
