Design To Order solution for the retrofit of a low-voltage switchboard

This thesis focuses on the issue of retrofitting low-voltage switchgear. The ELSE unit of ABB s.r.o. decided to implement a new approach to switchgear retrofitting in order to optimize the existing process and thus reduce internal costs. The author of the thesis analyzed the current state of processes and costs associated with retrofitting and proposed a new form of this service, which led to the optimization of costs associated with retrofitting low-voltage switchgear.

The bachelor thesis deals with the selection of a suitable information system and the implementation procedure for the selected company. The first part will contain the theoretical background. Next, the current state of the company will be analyzed, including its needs and requirements for an information system. The subsequent part will include the design of a suitable information system for the company. After that, the method of implementation of the solution will be described. In the last part, an evaluation will be made from an economic point of view.
Proposal to Extend Software Support for Process Management

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the expansion of software support for process management in the company TERMOGAS s.r.o. In the first part, theoretical terms such as the definition of the process environment, process automation and the description of the business information system are defined. Another part of the work is the analysis of the current state of the company, which focuses on the description of the company and its processes in connection with the Money S3 accounting information system. The proposed solutions are then based on the identification of shortcomings in a detailed analysis and are aimed at the transition from the current accounting system to the Money ERP information system, which offers many new functions to simplify and speed up business processes.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a design project for the construction of a bicycle path leading through the municipalities of Střelice, Troubsko and Ostopovice. The contracting authority and at the same time the project supporter are the affected municipalities. The diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledge, which is compared with reality, an analysis of user needs, a proposal for analyzes needed to create project management documentation, and an economic evaluation.

In the first part the basic principles of multicriteria decision making, the process and all the methods that are subsequently used in the course of this thesis are explained theoretically. The second part of this thesis focuses on the introduction of the selected company and the analysis of the suppliers. In order to evaluate them, multicriteria decision making methods were used to support the selection process.

Biblioverse – Multifunctional building with library

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multifunctional building with a library in Brno on the corner of Štefánikova and Dřevařská streets. The main part of the building are the workshops, which accompany the visitor through the whole process of book creation, from paper making, through printing to book binding. The whole process of book creation is rounded off by the library, which houses a collection of books and other craft products created in these workshops. Nowadays, the library often becomes a cultural institution with a very broad focus, and the status of books sometimes takes a back seat. The aim of this work is not to criticize the current direction of these institutions and their interest in evolving with the times, but to try to highlight the book as a timeless and irreplaceable medium. The book is therefore seen as a medium that, in addition to its content value, also has the value of a physical arts and crafts object.
Design Process Management of the Order of the Chosen Portfolio of the Organization

The bachelor thesis focuses on the order management process in Keestrack s.r.o., a company that manufactures mobile sorting and crushing machines. The first part deals with the introduction of the company and then in the second part the theoretical background of the issue is presented, where we find explained concepts related to production, quality and process. The third part is an analysis of the current state of the art based on the theoretical part. In the last part, the results are interpreted and suggestions are made to improve the current situation of the company.
Optimizing the Delivery Process at the E-shop Branch

The subject of the thesis is to find a way to optimize the checkout process at a branch of an online store. By means of process analysis, graphic design of the branch and warehouse layout and analysis of primary and secondary data, a proposal was developed after their subsequent evaluation, which should streamline the checkout process and thus reduce the values of the monitored process metrics.
