Principles of the tax justice

This thesis is an interdisciplinary perspective on the issue of fair distribution of the tax burden. Taxes are assessed in terms of its purpose, which is to establish resources for the payment of government spending . Attention is focused on the moral and ethical aspects of the impact of the tax burden in human behavior and decision making. The work is divided into four chapters . The first chapter is devoted to human beings , its behavior and decision-making capabilities and comprehensive view of human individuality. One is set in the perspective of living and farming. The second chapter contains a brief look at the concepts of justice , focusing on the relationship between justice and ethical values selected . In the third chapter, the evaluation of the structure of the tax system and individual taxation, with a focus on tax fairness in economic sense . The fourth chapter is devoted to some aspects of international taxation. In conclusion, the thesis are evaluated conflicts tax fairness with other values .
Automation of business processes using the RPA method

Bachelor thesis deals with principles of RPA application for the field of administrative processes automation. Thesis states possible risks, benefits and technologies related to RPA. The main part of the thesis outlines key indicators of processes that are suitable for automation, key areas on which company should focus when implementing RPA and fundamentals of RPA implementation. The following part of the thesis analyses products of leading companies in RPA sector. In the last part a company process for automation is recommended. The selection of the process is explained given the facts found in the previous parts of the thesis.

The thesis analyzes principles of management by Tomas Bata and compare them with the current management system in a selected turism company. The results of the comparisons are differences between market sectors. There are some recommendations for managers for their own companies in current business world.
7 Habits and principles of management

This thesis aims to identify the principles that managers use in their work. The work of Stephen Covey "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" is used as an object of research. Primarily, a Covey's claim that the 7 habits are universal and timeless is analyzed, in an effort to identify universal principles of effectivity and their relationship to management. All of the habits are paraphrased and compared to the work of other popular authors from the area of social sciences. Subsequently, a comparison between the 7 habits and historical development of organization theory and its lessons is conducted. Further along, a description of critical reflection of the 7 habits from five standpoints is presented: post-modern, feminism, critical pedagogy, non-functionalism and exclusive representation. Finally, the author of the thesis presents his personal experience with implementing the 7 habits in his professional and personal life. From the findings, this thesis comes to the conclusion that Covey's system of 7 habits is possibly a quality source of information when searching for universal principles of effectivity. Radical perspective in the human rights proffession of social work

The diploma thesis deals with a value of "critical social work" compared to other approaches of social work with respect to bases, principles and values in this area of practice. This thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with selected bases of practice, philosophical-ethical principles, basic principles and values of social work. The first part of the second chapter deals with three "small" paradigms and selected approaches of individual paradigms. The second part of this chapter deals with "critical social work". The third chapter deals with the comparison of critical social work with other approaches in selected areas of human practice.

Sustainable Development in Conceptions and Politics in the Czech Republic

Diploma thesis Sustainable Development (SD) in Conceptions and Policies of the Czech Republic is focused on SD in Czech environmental policies strategies of SD. State Environmental Policy of the Czech Republic was chosen as an example of state policy, because of the importance of environmental pillar of SD, which has been mostly discussed recently. The aim of thesis is to do a content analysis of legislative and government documents about SD in the Czech Republic. The thesis includes comparison and evaluation of progression of SD in Documents from 1993 to 2017. It compares Czech Government's Policies to each other, refers to some important details and comments on them. This work does an analysis of formal documents, while the praxis can different from the conceptions and proclamations. In the next steps, Czech documents were compared with UN Resolutions and EU Agreements and Strategies. Last chapter of thesis includes a discussion with other authors.
Mathematical principles of calendars and their visualization

This bachelor thesis covers mathematical principles of selected types of calendars Julian and Gregorian These were selected because of long-term history of usage in our country and its predecessors. Comparison of calendar types is covered. There is described how to create the table of Gregorian and Julian calendar and derivations of Easters. There is also computer application for calculating these aspects and demonstration of these principles. This application algorithm is designed with the aim of uncovering parts of calculations and therefore it can be used for studying these principles. The thesis also includes described parts of source code.
