The subject of the bachelor thesis is based on project that has been processed within the subject AG035 Architectural design of the 6th semestr of Bachelor’s degree. The proposed building is a production facility of an industrial bakery for a Herold company that wants to get production closer to the city of Brno. The land was selected in the area of Horní Heršpice in the place of unused brownfield industrial area. The surrounding area is partly an industrial zone, continuosly connected to a residental area. „K terminálu“ access road is at the same time an importnant conection for a nearby transhipment. The proposed object is divided into two main parts. Dominant and simpler is the production hall, whose sisposition ensures the smooth production process. The smaller and more structured administraion building connects to it workers' background. The endeavor was to rexpect boundaries of the plot in whose directions the complex reacts with its morphology. This should bring into order otherwise chaotic buildings and fully complement it. Between the production hall and office part is the half closed atrium, forming the rest zone where the offices and rest room are oriented. Around the complex is logistic comuniction and staff parking. The loadbearing structure is on the principle of steel frame system supplemented by longitudinal bracing. It will be covered by warm flat roof on the trapezoidal sheet. Most of their elements will be admitted in the interior and its modulation will be reflected in the exterior. The cladding will be done in Kingspan panels in white on an administrative object and dark gray on a production hall. In order to soften the form of the office part, most of the surface is made from window glassblocks. This should improve the human scale appearance on the contrary the superhuman scale of the production hall. Interior will be illuminated well and airy, for a positive influence on workers. On the corner there will be a staircase to a walkable roof.

The following bachelor thesis of civil significance has been elaborated on the basis of a study that I made during my studies abroad at the Bauhaus University in Germany. My aim was to design a concept of three separate buildings, a library, a theater and an educational facility for children and youth, which are connected on the first and second underground floors, where all three buildings are allowed underground parking at two levels of the first and second underground floors. On the first floor, all three buildings are connected by a central park. After the consultation and consultation with the head of the construction-technical solution, the subject of this thesis will be a separate object of the library. The library building consists of four aboveground and two underground floors. On the first floor there is an entrance reception, a bar with snacks, books and a reading area with a shelving department. On the second to third floor you will find an educational space, a reading area and a separate study room. The fourth floor contains a special book department and administrative room for library management. The new library is designed from a combined nose system where columns prevail. The building is reinforced with a reinforced concrete core, which serves as an escape staircase, over the entire height of six floors. There is also a barrier-free lift. The escape staircase located in the reinforced concrete reinforcement core connects all floors of the building and allows access to both underground floors. In the main space of the library there is a large steel staircase which overcomes the first, second, third and fourth floors, thus visually connecting the space for reading. The first and second underground floors serve for parking the library visitors. On the first underground floor there are all technical rooms as well as an archive for storing books. The second underground floor is used for storage rooms in addition to parking. The basics of the library bu

The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW group. Earlier study in the subject AG33 gave form to the following bachelor´s thesis which further develops the study into level of Building permission design and Documentation for execution of the project. The designed building is situated in district Brno-Zábrdovice. The plot is situated on mostly flat land between the streets Cejl, Jana Svobody, Husovická and on the eastern side plot defines the river Svitava. The object of car centre consists of four buildings volumes which are mutually dilatated and meet the requirements of the operations of car centre. It includes presentation, sales, servicing cars Škoda, Volkswagen, Seat, Audi. The buildings are designed as a single storey steel assembled hall. An exception is only the offices of administration in the showroom located on the second floor, which divides the space. The construction system is the same for all objects.
