Předmětem bakalářské práce byl návrh rekonstrukce, nástavby a dalších stavebních úprav stávajícího téměř nevyužívaného objektu v obci Salaš. Jde o dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený objekt s nevyužitým podkrovím, který dříve plnil funkci občanského vybavení a v aktuální době je bez provozu. Pro obnovení funkceschopnosti objektu se obec, jakožto vlastník a investor, rozhodla objekt zužitkovat pro hromadné bydlení (bytový dům). Návrh řešil změnu a přizpůsobení vnitřní dispozice pro bytové jednotky o variabilním rozvržením, a jejich užitné prostory, stavební úpravy, sanační opatření stávajících konstrukcí tak, aby v dalších letech byla stavba plně funkční a vyhovující z hlediska parametrů a nároků, které jsou na ni aktuálními normami kladeny, a to především z hlediska stavební fyziky, požární bezpečnosti apod. The concept of bachelors thesis was a modification design of renovation, vertical extension and another building modifications of existing almost unused building in the village Salaš. The building previously served as a public services and is currently out of order. In order to restore the functionality of the building, the municipality, as the owner and investor, decided to use the building for collective housing (apartment building). The proposal addressed the change and adaptation of the internal layout for housing units with a variable layout, and their useful spaces, building modifications, remediation measures of existing structures so that in the coming years the building is fully functional and compliant in terms of parameters and demands that are current standards, imposed, especially in terms of building physics, fire safety, etc.
