Profit in particular forms of business corporations - creation, taxation, distribution

The bachelor thesis deals with the profit from its creation, through taxation to distribution. The theoretical part summarizes information on particular forms of business corporations and work with their profit. Collected information is then used in an illustrative example, which answers the question of the advantage of participation in individual forms of companies. The practical part verifies the observance of the valid legislation about profit in four existing companies. Subsequently, it deals with the financial statements of these companies, the share of profit to partners and the real income of shareholders from the company. In conclusion it examines the differences in the payment of shares between individual forms of companies.
Members of Individual Types of Business Companies

The presented thesis with the title "Members of Individual Types of Business Companies" deals with the analysis of the legal status of companies' partners. The primary aim of the thesis is to identify and describe in detail the most fundamental aspects that define and influence the participation of members in particular forms of business companies, and, in the final consequence, the very nature of these entities. The main subject of this thesis is a member's relationship, which represents a binding line between a business company and partners as individuals. Through the examination of particular elements of this legal relationship including specific ways leading to its creation or termination within each type of the business company the differences in the legal status of subjects of these entities are determined. The issue of partners' legal status regulation is analysed from the perspective de lege lata, while in suitable cases the positive law is compared with the preceding legislation. The goal of such a comparison is to declare the evolution in the normative solution to a particular question. Analyse of Protected Work-rooms with Regard to their Rise in Civic Sector and Trading Companies

Presented thesis deals with theme of protected employment of people with disabilities as one of the posssible ways of their integration into mainstream society. Unemployment, potential negative impacts of work in protected conditions and the risk of social exclusion are in this thesis presented as a social problem, in the solution of which are to some extent involved participants of all three sectors - the state as well as organizations of private profit- and non-profit sector. The theoretical part describes the current system of employment support for people with disabilities in our country and its effectiveness, and analyses the potential impact on lives of this group of citizens. The thesis also includes research conducted within protected workrooms, operated by the civic sector organizations and business companies. Its main objective is to determine whether and how the examined employers contribute to development of skills, vocational qualification and motivation of the disabled citizens for a possible moving into the open labor market and the mainstream society.

in English: Culture is an integral part of civil society. Its positive effect on human being affects whole society. Social relations are created by culture. For that culture is percieved as public service to which is necessary to create appropriate atmosphere for its developement. There are a number of instruments which can do that, for example legislative atmosphere, cultural politics of state, regions and towns, public and private support and motivation of citizens to participate actively. According to theatres in Prague I try to describe these instruments and to find out which legal form is the most appropriate for cultural subjects from the legislative point of view and practic functioning.

Bachelor thesis Mergers of trade companies from accounting and tax perspective is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part include two chapters. The first chapter briefly describes legal regulations of mergers. The second chapter decribes their accountig and tax aspects. Practical part applies theoretical knowledge from previous chapters on the actual examples. The primary objective of this thesis introduces accounting and tax aspects of mergers and show them on the practical examples.

The Bachelor thesis “Statutory Body’s Remuneration and its Optimalization” discusses the remuneration of statutory bodies and defines possibilities of their remuneration. The thesis describes the term of the statutory body and the legislation concept of statutory bodies. It also examines the theoretical possibilities of remuneration and their tax burden. Next the thesis describes the relation of individual revenues to the statutory social and health insurance. The thesis also includes a part dealing with suggestion for improvement of statutory body’s remuneration so that associated costs are minimized in practical examples.
