Marketing applications in dental office

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to apply the tools of marketing mix in the dental environment. In the theoretical part, I described all the bases, which are relevant to the issue. Attention is also paid to analytical methods such as the SWOT method, or target group analysis and competitive environment. In the practical part, I made acquaintance with the concrete dental practice on which I want to show the marketing mix and other instruments mentioned in the theoretical part. Element of this thesis is to propose my own solutions, which could inspire the practice's owner in the future being to be strengthen its overall position for dental service on the local market.

The complex structure of the marketing mix of the Velteko s.r.o. company is analysed in my work. Characterising of the concern, basic analysing of the individual tools of the marketing mix and clients survey evaluating is the main object. Conclusion is focused on the rating of the level and the efficiency of the utilization of the used tools. Relevant recommendations are added.

Práce hodnotí jednotlivé nástroje marketingového mixu a jejich uplatnění ve firmě. Každý z nástrojů, a to produkt, propagace, distribuce a cena, práce podrobně rozebírá. Práce nastiňuje jak svoji historii, tak i současnost. Práce je též doplněna o SWOT analýzu, která obsahuje příležitosti a hrozby pro podnik. Ve svém závěru práce uvádí doporučení ke zlepšení stávající situace firmy.
