Familly house in Novém Městě nad Metají
Sháněl, Tomáš ; Burdová, Jana (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.
Specifics of Passive Houses
Hortová, Michaela ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.
House energy solutions using renewable energy sources
Sabo, Martin ; Musilová, Petra (referee) ; Poláčik, Ján (advisor)
This bachelor thesis discusses the role of renewable sources of energy in energetics of a family house and technologies providing this possibility. Special care is given to power production, heating and air conditioning. The issue of low-energy and passive houses is described in the beginning of the thesis, leading to acknowledgement with different types of energy sources. Analytic part of the thesis contains general information about ways of heating and power production using renewable sources of energy. Different ways of ventilation are introduced and suitability of specific technologies assessed. The practical part describes design of ventilation and heating unit in an experimental house.
Design of warm air heating system for low-energy house
Koutník, Martin ; Krejčí, Vladimír (referee) ; Košner, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design of warm air heating and ventilating system for low energy house. Introduction of this thesis is focused on dividing residential buildings by their heat requirement. Then problems of residential building ventilation and possibilities of warm air heating systems including heat recovery are presented. In the next chapter summary of ventilating units with heat recovery and warm air heating units for residential low energy buildings and pasive family houses is presented. Calculation of low energy house heat losses, which is solved, is based on CSN 06 0210, CSN 73 0540 and CSN EN 12831 standards. Design and calculation of warm air heating and ventilation system and ground heat exchangers is also described. Floor heating system, fireplace insert and solar heating system are designed as supplementary systems. At the end of this thesis the control system is presented. Project documentation is enclosed in appendix.
Apartment complex Brno-Sadová
Hendrych, Pavel ; Jacková, Eva (referee) ; Sátora, Josef (advisor) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The bachelorˇs thesis apartment complex Sadová. Work solves a lot from urban and architecture viewpoint. Complex is created by three apartment houses with three above-ground levels and 1 underground level. A lot is divided on relax and traffic zone. The simple frame and Velox system solution support low-energy solution. Main part of thesis is process on realization projct level.
Smart house in 2020
Tvrdý, Radek ; Prinz, František (referee) ; Mauder, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with smart home technology. The work is divided into research and design parts. The research part presents technologies of smart houses, their divisions, functions and possibilities of solving these problematics. The emphasis is placed on the energy concept of the house, especially the use of renewable energy sources and systems for treatment of the indoor environment. In the second part, based on previous research, a smart home design is created.
Design of heating system for low-energy family house
Kytýrová, Zdeňka ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Košner, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a heating system for a "low-energy" house. It is conceived as a low temperature system using a combination of radiators and underfloor heating. The design is supplemented with a calculation of heat loss, a proposal of needed components, a scheme of the system and means of regulation. The second part solves the heat source selection. A solar system with vacuum tubes is used as the primary source. The second one is an electrical water heater located in the accumulation reservoir for the hot domestic water. Necessary calculations for the design of the solar system, together with a scheme and means of regulation, are enclosed in this section.
Smart City Buildings and their Valuation
Uheríková, Eliška ; Hrdlička, Tomáš (referee) ; Lorencová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on specification of standard type buildings and Smart City buildings differences. Thesis also contain a history part of individual buildings category, including their specification. The aim of thesis is to determine designs for changes of building valuation in Smart City standard. Theoretical part contains basic definition and limitation of terms from civil engineering branch and structural types, summary of historical development of houses and evaluation by cost method, most common used experience. Practical part is focused on calculation. According real houses cost of three detached houses in Smart standard, there are calculated new price ratio which enter into cost method valuation. Their effectiveness is verified together with newly design adaptation of cost method valuation on next five detached houses in Smart standard.
The effectiveness of measures to reduce the energy intensity of family house
Menšíková, Dominika ; Weiss, Adam (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis aims to compare and evaluate the investments of two different alternatives leading to the reduction of energy instensity of the family house. The theoretical part characterizes and defines the concepts of low-energy and passive houses. Moreover, it addresses the topic of the creation of energy certificates for buildings supported by the New Green program. The theoretical part discusses comprehensive and in-depth definitions of concepts of investments along with funding in the construction industry. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of two measurements of a family house. A family house meeting the requirements of the program New Green savings, that will be eligible for necessary funds while succeeding in meeting the low energy standatds. Furthermore, the research conducted calculations of construction and material costs for specific family house measures. Finally, the las section of this research presents a return of investment for both varieties of the family house, including of the family house, including appropriate applicable measurements for the investor.
Possibilities of Heating of Family House
Dolinay, Jiří ; Škvařil, Jan (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
Selection of suitable heating source and design whole heating system is an important aspect of the building a family house. This work describes different ways as it is possible heat the house. Specifically, it deals with problems of low-energy houses. The work also included the calculation of the specific object.
