Design of platform simulator
Hlaváček, Pavel ; Macka, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with an analysis and the strength check of selected componenets of a parallel mechanism containing six degrees of freedom. The device uses crank mechanisms as chain guides. The strength calculation takes advantage of the finite element method. The paper also suggests a design of selected components contributing to a reduction of the maximum stress von misses (according to the HMH condition) causes by the load.
Design and Construction of a Hexapod Robot
Žák, Marek ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kubát, David (advisor)
This paper describes design, analysis and implementation of the six-legged walking robot - hexapod. The design and implementation of mechanical engineering, electronic and power management and walking algorithms are described in the thesis. The project is also a guide to the construction of a robot, which may be used for experiments with walking algorithms.
System with Model Servos
Švec, Radek ; Materna, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to study the ways of controlling hobby servos, and then to design and create small machine with hobby servos. The created machine is a six-legged walking robot - hexapod with 18 servos for movement. This robot can be remotely controlled using a mobile application for Android. Main control unit of the robot is ESP32 development board. The resulting hexapod is able to walk in all directions and rotate on spot with different walking gaits. It can also change its ground clearance and walking speed. The result of this thesis is a compact walking robot with basic functions, which is suitable for extensions, eg. adding a camera or measuring sensors.
Hexapod robot
Pizúr, Lukáš ; Háze, Jiří (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this work is the design of a six-foot walking robot, which is controlled by wireless WiFi technology and equipped with a camera that allows to monitor the movement of the robot. The first part describes the possible algorithms for the movement of the six-legged robot, the drive unit and the principle of the servomotor and its control. Different sensor variants that can be used for robot design. Further, possible ways of manufacturing the mechanical structure and materials for its production are outlined. The second part is devoted to the practical realization of the robot. Design of mechanical construction and its production. Design of electronics, robot firmware and control software to control it.
Hexapod Robot Control
Pelz, Zdeněk ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Žák, Marek (advisor)
This thesis contains problematics of robots with peddal chassis and is focused on hexapods. It contains description of design of hexapod chassis, limb analysis, gaits for movement on flat terrain and sensors for ranged measurement. Thesis is focused on hexapod PhantomX AX Hexapod Mark II.

Hexapod Robot Movement Control
Žák, Marek ; Luža, Radim (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis discusses walking robots issues, their classification, management and construction. There are listed the most famous motion algorithms and their graphical representation. Examples of existing walking robots are also mentioned in this thesis. There are also described modifications of hexapod robot, its hardware and software. The robot is controlled through graphical user interface, which displays data from all sensors, visualises positions of all legs and allows the creation of user defined gaits and its simulations.
Lifting platform with six degrees of freedom
Válek, Adam ; Hlaváček, Pavel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with mechanical design of mechanism ensuring moving of cab of simulator in shape of mechanism with Parallel kinematics structure including design of hydraulic drive circuit. The diploma thesis contains also calculation of forces in linear hydraulic motors, calculation of working speed of these motors and drawing documentation.
Hydraulic linear drive for paralell kinematics structures of robots
Petruška, Bohumil ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with new construction of hydraulic linear drive for paralell kinematics structures of robots. In the first section provides a historical development of robots with this structures. There are also described differences between each machine with this structures and compares them with machines with linear structures. In the second section is made a proposal of hydraulic actuator. Designed actuators are arranged into hexapod. There is also included a proposal of possible solutions to fixing hydraulic actuator to platform and base. This thesis include drawings of selected parts and drawing of a whole set of new designed hydraulic actuator. It is included a block diagram of the hydraulic circuit.
