Technological stage of finishing works of apartment building ".

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of realization of roof cladding and gutter system of a housing building. This building is situated in a gap site of urban development in Františkovy Lázně. For the roofing, seam roofing made of aluminum sheet metal roll was used. There is a gable roof with dormer-windows at both sides of the roof. For all the conducted tinsmith work including horizontal dormer walls sheathing and attachment of the building to adjacent buildings, aluminum sheet metal was used. A part of finishing tinsmith work is also realization of gutter system which is designed to be made of the same material from the same producer as the roof cladding. Gutter attachment is done by means of assembling polystyrene rollers into façade system of ETICS which ensure thermal bridges’ break.

Preparation for rough superstructure steel buildings in Uničov

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe technological state of rough upper construction of the steel production hall which is part of the location of the company Melites s.r.o, I will design optimal working procedure for the most effective construction regarding the foundations of the construction. I will focus on different variants of the lifting equipment. Furthermore, I will concentrate on fire prevention systems for steel constructions while applying the knowledge on this particular object. In addition, the thesis includes budget, monitoring and test plan and schedule of work in which I will mention also building envelope of the steel hall.

The bachelor thesis deals with the solution of the technological stage of the rough superstructure of a production hall in Otrokovice. The work includes accompanying and summary technical reports, construction situation with wider transport route relationships, technical report of the closer transport relations and the coordination of the oversized transport, bill of quantities for the tackled technological phase, technological regulation for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton, design of the mechanical assembly, control and testing plan for the tackled technological phase, work safety of the tackled technological phase, prefabricated skeleton assembly budget, and building schematics of the details, assembly and storage of prefabricated elements.

Industry Hall Moravany - Selected parts of the construction-technology plan

The aim of this diploma thesis is the preparation of a constructional-technology study into the realization of carcass industry hall in the village Moravany u Brna. An itemized budget has been created for the framework alongside a proposal for the main building mechanisms, time management, health and safety plan and environmental management. The thesis is focused on detailed realization of the precast concrete frame which outlines technological regulation and inspection and a trial plan. The thesis further deals with site equipment, possible public transport routes into specific areas and how the main technological stages are developed. In creation of this thesis were used constructional-technological softwares BuildPowerS, CONTEC, ArchiCAD, AutoTurn, Vehicle Tracking and Hluk+9.

Prevention of hazards leading to work injuries on constructions

The aim of this thesis is to prepare a basic overview of the issue of prevention risks of occupational accidents at construction sites. Prevention is the only effective tool to prevent risks of occupational accidents and occupational diseases (health hazards). The thesis describes the procedures and methods to search, evaluation and risk prevention in the workplace and basic description of the standard ČSN OHSAS 18001. At the same time, there are also compared the results of statistical analysis of occupational accidents for the years 2006 to 2010 in the Czech Republic and selected construction company.

Construction Technology project microbrewery Highlands

The aim of thediploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of microbrewery Vysočina. It is concentrated on the principles of building organization what makes construction facility, the calculation of electric power and water supply, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site and its graphic representation for chosen construction phases. I also make the project of the optimal machine composition. After that I compile the budget and costing of the microbrewery, the time and financial plan and the evaluation of main sources. I technologically solve the phase of upper shell construction made of reinforced pre-cast construction for building object of the microbrewery Vysočina. I apply the other ways of assembly of upper shell construction and show their evaluation in terms of price and time construction. I make the inspection and test plan, environmental aspects, the source register of working risk, heat-engineering review of building case and fire safety solutions.

The bachelor's thesis includes a technical report, solution of wider transport routes, item budget, technological regulations, site equipment, time plans, design of machine assembly, control and test plan, plan for occupational safety and health, comparison of types of ceiling structures.

Implementation of the gross substructure of a residential building in Jihlava

The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the apartment building. This building is eight-storey building. Three floors are garages and five floors are flats. The building is in the courtyard of a former factory TESLA at Jihlava. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork and foundation of the building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.
