Application development for OS Android using OpenGL

The topic of this thesis is oriented on field of information technologies, especially on a field of development of the game applications for Android using OpenGL. At the first part of the thesis is described current situation in a mobile game industry, the most popular operation systems and opportunities of monetization for single developers or firms. In this part follows short review of the necessary software and hardware technologies for designing modelling application, architecture designing, creating of the graphic units, implementation chosen solution in Java language using LibGDX and Box2D. At the conclusion will be analyzed the results of the done work and feedback of the users.
Android Aplication Programming Using Eclipse Development Kit

This Thesis deals with the presentation and description of the platform for mobile device Android. In the first part, introduction of the OS Android, its history, architecture, versions and competing platforms can be found. The next part deals with tools that are mostly used when developing applications for this OS. The last part describes the practical proposal and the sample aplication.
M-learning - mobile applications for education

The aim of this thesis is to provide a reader with complex view on the issue of mobile learning. In a theoretical part the basic concepts and definitions are explained. These are those definitions and concepts, which are related to this issue, and further use of m-learning and its advantages and disadvantages are mentioned. Moreover some recommendations for creating a suitable mobile content, forms of m-learing applications together with taking their advantages and disadvantages into account are listed. The subject of a practical part is analysis of mobile learning applications, which can be used by students of Informatics at University of Economics in Prague. This is reached by selecting available applications, their description and follow-up analysis. By evaluation of these applications multicriteria method with equal importance of weight of criterias was used. The output of analysis is assessment, whether these applications are suitable for student education and how students can use them during their studies.
Game development with implementation of free to play payment model on Android platform

The objective of this thesis is to give an overview of possibilities of monetizing an application on Android platform and to evaluate its advantages and disadvantages. Next objective is to describe aspects of developing applications on this platform. The main goal of this thesis is to develop a mobile application, which will demonstrate the possibility of in-app payments. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The first one describes which technologies were used. Next chapter is about particular possibilities of monetization, which take into consideration not only the mobile market. This thesis then describes different aspects of developing an application on Android platform. The practical part deals with the development of a mobile game application with in-app payments and its distribution through Google Play -- an internet marketplace. The main benefit of this thesis is an explanation of procedures of making game application on Android platform with implementation of free to play payment system.
Development and publication of an application on Android platform

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to gradually familiarize the reader with the development process and publication of an application on the Android mobile platform. This is the practical part of this thesis. The application deals with the dynamic collections management based on barcodes or QR codes. Among other things, the application can communicate with a remote database on the web server. The gradual process of development as analysis, design and subsequent publication are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. The last part discusses the possibilities of promotion applications on the Internet.

The main subject of this thesis is analysis of distribution and direct sale of paid software applications for mobile platforms. The main efford is to introduce the biggest companies on mobile market and their distributions canals, which are later researched. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive picture about situation on the market, its development and further predictions. For analysis are used data from sales reports and other internet sources. In addition, my work includes summary of the situation at Czech mobile and application market.
An analysis of the international mobile digital distribution platforms market

The main subject of this diploma thesis is the mobile digital distribution market. The first chapter defines important terms and describes the area comprehensively. The second chapter lists examples of some platforms, shows statistical data and introduces common business models. The third chapter compares the Apple App Store and Google Play based on selected criteria. The fourth chapter deals with conducted survey data in order to test the hypothesis that czech consumers in general do not show a difference in attitude towards mobile distribution storefronts compared to their foreign peers. The fifth and last chapter tries to analyze technical backgrounds of varying content availability across different countries. Also, it deals with selected legal issues.
Comparison of mobile operating systems from the perspective of the development, distribution and monetization of applications

The subject of this thesis is to compare the most widely used mobile operating systems from the perspective of the development, distribution and monetization of applications developed for these systems. Compared systems are Android, iOS, Symbian OS, Windows Phone and BlackBerry OS. The thesis defines a total of 16 criteria against which systems are compared. These criteria are further divided into three categories, namely SDK features, functionality and distribution and monetization. All criteria have assigned weights which are determined by the paired comparison method using the Fuller's triangle, which is part of the Annexes of this work. Practical part of this thesis is focused on determining the values of defined criteria. Each criterion is evaluated separately, including an analysis of results. The overall evaluation is performed in a separate part of the thesis and is composed by categories evaluation and overall evaluation.
