Nakupování přes internet je dnes již docela obvyklým způsobem pořízení potřebného zboží a v současné informační době nabývá stále větší obliby. Podle statistiky informačních a komunikačních technologií počet domácností vybavených počítačem stále stoupá. S rozvojem komunikačních technologií však již počítač není jediným přístupovým bodem na internet. Stále populárnější se stávají tablety a chytré telefony, s jejichž pomocí se lze nejen pohybovat na internetu, ale i nakupovat a platit zboží bez přímého kontaktu s obchodníkem.

It shows comparison of concrete types of electronic banking, which are being used at present. Analysis of possible risk by using electronic banking and solution proposal, which sets up interaction between bank and its client and makes behavior proposal for minimizing of security risks are integral part of this bachelor’s thesis.

The main subject of my Master´s thesis has been to set up a proposal of marketing strategy for the development of the electronic banking services in the bank XY, a.s.. Analytic part of my work deals with the analysis of both customers, and the competition. It also contains the characteristics of Slovak banking market, its strenghts, and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Relevant products are classified in the Boston Consulting Group Matrix. The conclusions from the analytic part served as a base for suggestions of optimal marketing mix for the products of electronic banking.

This analysis resides in comparing of GSM Banking services with other mobile operators operating on the contemporary Czech market. My thesis contains general theoretical and concrete practical resources, which offer possibilities of improving and innovation of the present situation.

Analysis of Internet Banking

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the current situation about internet banking. The first part focuses on the classification of this term and characterization its attributes and options. The work devotes successively to neccessary conditions for using internet banking, security methods and services provided by it. The second part extends theoretical findings by practical analysis of internet banking applications of three banks in Czech republic. The comparison consists of four parts. Every of the them evaluate different aspect of internet banking: basic services, complementary services, visual aspect and security. Internet banking is a very popular service with great potencial, which can be used by its provider. Inovations of internet banking create differences between banks, because basic services a security they provide mostly without problems.
