This master thesis deals with the assessment of the information system of the company and a the proposal of appropriate changes. The theoretical part deals with the issue of information systems and methods for assessment of effectiveness information systems. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the analytical part, which are focused on different elements of the information system. Based on the analysis results, proposals are made to improve and streamline work with information systems in the company. In conclusion the budget is drawn for the implementation of proposed changes.

This diploma thesis deals with the selection of a suitable information system, which should help to streamline business processes and adapt to the competition. The information system is selected for the accounting office ProfiAccount s.r.o. based on their predetermined needs and requirements. The first part of the thesis devotes the theoretical basis to acquaint readers with the issue of information and communication technologies. The second part analyzes the current state of the system in the company based on selected analyzes. The most important part is the selection of the system itself on the basis of content, business and technical criteria. The diploma thesis is supplemented by risk analysis, which is an integral part of every project and process.

The bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the selection of accounting software for the company Student-living Holding, s.r.o. In conjunction with the literary sources, the offer of accounting software on the Czech market and the selection of criteria for selection of suitable software are examined. The practical part deals with the analysis of Money S4 software and its comparison with the previous way of accounting in the selected company. The conclusion contains specific suggestions and recommendations for this business.

The main objective of this thesis was evaluated to existing activities in technical disposition of production. Based on lessons learned to recommend an appropriate information system and propose a methodology for implementation of the company. Design an information system is applied to the company NEDFORM Ltd., which is looking for an information system suitable for the technical dispositon of production. Proposal is based on the actual software and Hardware Company. Part of this work is design to a suitable supplier for the company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of bookkeeping through specialized accounting software. The theoretical part defines the terms from the field of accounting, specifies information, accounting and ERP systems and presents the procedure for selecting a suitable system. The practical part contains a description of the analysed enterprise, evaluation of the currently used system and comparison with other relevant systems according to the selected criteria. The output of the thesis is a recommendation concerning the design of the best solution for the selected enterprise.

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the description of accounting, its history and legal regulation. It also specifies ERP systems and criteria for selecting the appropriate economic and accounting software. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the economic and accounting programs according to the pre-selected criteria of the examined company. The last part of the thesis is the evaluation of accounting programs suitable for the analyzed company.
