Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením informačního systému podniku a návrhem vhodných změn. Teoretická část pojednává o problematice informačních systémů a metodách posouzení efektivnosti informačních systémů. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány v analytické části, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé prvky informačního systému. Na základě výsledků analýz, jsou podány návrhy na zlepšení a zefektivnění práce s informačními systémy v podniku. V závěru práce je sestaven rozpočet na implementaci navržených změn. This master thesis deals with the assessment of the information system of the company and a the proposal of appropriate changes. The theoretical part deals with the issue of information systems and methods for assessment of effectiveness information systems. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the analytical part, which are focused on different elements of the information system. Based on the analysis results, proposals are made to improve and streamline work with information systems in the company. In conclusion the budget is drawn for the implementation of proposed changes.
