This bachelor thesis investigates the social media, which favour is dramaticaly increasing. Thanks to modern technologies, they are available more than ever. We will specifically focus on using them by companies, which can increase their profit aswell as popularity. Through social media, companies can introduce their services or merchandise, they can also use it as completely new way of communication. As you can be better and more succesful thanks to social network, you can also lose pace with the others or stand face-to-face to open critics. We will specifically focus on tourism and tourist agencies. We will analyze approches of these companies, how they work with social network. We will find pros and cons on which companies should focus. We will try to suggest some ideas for future.
Culture as a Public Service and Legal Forms for Its Providing

in English: Culture is an integral part of civil society. Its positive effect on human being affects whole society. Social relations are created by culture. For that culture is percieved as public service to which is necessary to create appropriate atmosphere for its developement. There are a number of instruments which can do that, for example legislative atmosphere, cultural politics of state, regions and towns, public and private support and motivation of citizens to participate actively. According to theatres in Prague I try to describe these instruments and to find out which legal form is the most appropriate for cultural subjects from the legislative point of view and practic functioning.

COMPANIES IN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW - ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to familiarize the reader with the regulation of companies in private international law, with special regards to status of the company. The topic is mainly overtaken by the conflict between the incorporation principle and real seat principle. This conflict is reflected in the legal regulation of companies in private international law on both national law level and European law level. It is also connected to the question of competition between legal systems, which the thesis also deals with. Considering the globalizing world we live in and in which the perpetual need to reduce costs plays more and more important role, the topic is highly current. The thesis is divided into 7 chapters. The introductory chapter introduces the topic and points out the objectives of the thesis. The second chapter explains the basic concepts it is going to work with, namely the concept of a company and private international law (conflict of laws). The following chapter discusses the question of status of the company. It explains the definition of status of the company and afterwards describes the individual theories of determining it, i.e. incorporation theory, real seat theory and a few other rarely used theories. Legislation regarding the incorporation in the Czech Republic and Great Britain in comparison. The thesis aims to evaluate the legislation of the Czech Republic and Great Britain regarding the process of incorporation and issues related to newly established companies. The thesis also proposes changes to Czech legislation and seeks to determine which of the systems is more favorable for the founders. The thesis comprises seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the process of incorporation in both countries. The introductory first part defines the principal aim of the thesis, points out problematic areas and explores difficulties arising with regards to language and translation. Chapter one is subdivided into three parts and deals with legal framework of both countries as well as the matter of legal personality. Chapter two, which is subdivided into two parts, is devoted to the definition of what constitutes a company. First, companies recognized under British law are introduced; second, the four types of Czech companies are described. This bachelor´s thesis with the topic "Project management and optimization" is focused on mediation services between german and czech and german and russian market and then to increase sales of firefighting spray application (plasters) produced in France and imported by PROMAT company. The main roles in this project have companies DOPOS HK s.r.o., COMETEC and PROMAT PRAHA. There are not any contacts from the russian side yet. In my thesis I´m going to analyze mentioned companies as well as home and foreign markets, I will describe the problems, which the companies see around, and by this project I will try to minimize this problems or clear them away completely to reach the target.

The Bachelor thesis “Statutory Body’s Remuneration and its Optimalization” discusses the remuneration of statutory bodies and defines possibilities of their remuneration. The thesis describes the term of the statutory body and the legislation concept of statutory bodies. It also examines the theoretical possibilities of remuneration and their tax burden. Next the thesis describes the relation of individual revenues to the statutory social and health insurance. The thesis also includes a part dealing with suggestion for improvement of statutory body’s remuneration so that associated costs are minimized in practical examples.

This thesis seeks to analyze the impact of a range of projects of Chamber of Commerce Brno on the entrepreneurs from the respective region. The thesis describes the structure and the overall operation of the Chamber of Commerce Brno as well as its several projects. In order to evaluate, there are three marketing researches that need to be taken into a consideration. Those marketing researches had been realised during the period of 2005 – 2007. Baring the results risen from the abovementioned marketing researchs in mind, the created situation has been assessed, and based on the personal experience the recommendations dedicated to the management have been created.

This work focuses on description of drilling (boring) machines. The main thing is to describe machines and their construction along with new possibilities of modern age. Companies that have a strong position on market will be presented and a calculation of a spindle will be interpreted. This thesis is consisted of four parts, beginning with the machines description, through the presentation of companies, to the characteristic of spindle and illustration its calculation. At the end there is a total summary.
