In the Bachelor’s thesis, I deal with assessment and sugestion on expanding business aktivity of Czech Republic based company Faster CZ,spol.s r.oo, that is producing to the Home automation and Regulation global market. The scope of business is production and resale of control units. The sugestions aim on reinforcing the marketing activities, brand development and improvement of customer relationships on the B2C market. Based on the analysis, I define the position of the company on the market as well as the potential for future development in the framework of certain market and then I define specific activities pointing to improve the business activities.

Intenzive City House

The theme of my disseration is an architecture study of multifunctional building which is surrounded by the streets Křenová, Rumiště, Mlýnská a Štěpánská. The main aim of the work is to create structure wich would offer different functions. These would fill the missing services and offer new opportunities. The result of my design is the construction which is characterized by its public terraces placed on top of the covered parking lots on the first floor. The whole complex is formed by three connected blocks. One of the important parts of the design is to uncover river Ponávka. That would make this area more attractive. The building has 2 underground floors and up to 6 floors. In the first two stories there are different public services - shops, café, restaurant, kindergarten, fitness, art gallery and other. In the third and fourth floor there are offices and apartements. Fifth and six floor are just for living. The construction of the building is from monolithic reinforced concrete frame, horizontal structure consists of beamless slabs.

5-Minutes Neighbourhood

The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the mix-used urban housing situated closed to the Brno city centre. The design will allow mixing of greater amount of different functions on a relatively small built-up area, which will reduce the requirements on transport and provide the inhabitant with various forms of housing, services and employment. The mass and spatial solution respects the surrounding city blocks on south and the mass increase to the north industrial zone. The mass defines the area and respect noise protection zone on housing development. The shape of object's ground plan is based on the area, which is divided by four axes of pedestrian paths. The basic matter of object is divided into four blocks linked by common internal square. The mass solution provides private, semi-private and public courtyards.

Sport hall and its facilities for the elementary school Hudcova 35, Brno

The assignment of the diploma thesis seamlessly follows on from the previous urban-architectural study, the aim of which was to prepare a proposal for a development area in Medlánky, which will respect the newly proposed spatial plan of the city of Brno. Part of the area under consideration is a parcel with an allocated area for public amenities, this area is directly reserved for the location of a new sports hall. The goal of the diploma thesis was to design a sports hall with a grandstand for 300 spectators, the hall should be used exclusively by Hudcova Elementary School for physical education. In the afternoons, the hall should be used by the public from the surrounding area for hobby groups and recreational sports or professional indoor sports matches.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the modification of the city street Veveří in Brno, the urbanistic concept of complementing the existing structure of block buildings and the architectural design of two selected multi-functional houses providing enough space for commerce and housing.

Space of cyclic change

The brief of the thesis was to find and design a building that responds to the cyclical nature of the Baltic resort town of Svinousie. After analyses dealing with the natural, sociological and historical characteristics of the town, the building program was selected as a children‘s spa sanatorium. To position the parcel at the epicenter of resort commerce, it was necessary to resolve the programmatic conflicts and continuities between the sanatorium, the commercial promenade and the health promenade that line the parcel. Last but not least, the project addresses the conflict between the requirements of the sanatorium and the hotel, in terms of views and room illumination, which is resolved by its curved geometry. For the requirements of the users of the building - people with limited ability and orientation - the building is designed as barrier-free, instead of conventional accesses, where ramps and other means of ensuring comfortable use for all users of the building are relegated to the position of a design ornament, the concept of the building here is precisely barrier-free, and especially one dedicated to movement. Sports and Relaxation Centre Za Lužánkami, Brno

The assignment of the diploma thesis follows on a previous urbanistic-architectural study that aimed to design a sports and recreational area Za Lužánkami in Brno. The complex offers a wide range of sports facilities for recreation, as well as facilities with multifunctional use, whether for sports or for all kinds of events organized by the city. The centre of the complex and the main multifunctional sports ground is the torso of the football stadium Za Lužánkami, which continues to refer to the sporting achievements of the city with its genius loci. The aim of the thesis is to design a sports hall with a number of associated facilities in order to create a building providing a range of sports activities and complementing the outdoor area with sports facilities for recreation and leisure. The sports hall is designed on the site of a former hockey stadium. It thus supplements the buildings (swimming pool and hotel Boby) around the road Sportovní not only with facilities with a sports function, but also with accommodation, restaurant, café and commerce.

The issue of blood donation from the perspective of doctors and the general public

Introduction: The properties of human blood are so specific that it has not yet been possible to replace human blood with any other fluid than obtaining it as a blood gift from donors. In recent years, there has not been a sufficient number of new blood donors in the Czech Republic to compensate for the decrease in the number of donors due to the increasing incidence of a number of civilization diseases and age (Czech Red Cross, 2020). Blood donation and the need for blood products are constantly increasing with the development of the methods of treatment and medicine as a science. Ensuring a sufficient number of blood donors and sufficient deposition of blood obtained from donors is a permanent task of healthcare (Society for Transfusion Medicine of the Czech Medical Association JEP, 2019). Aim of the work: The main goal of the research was to map the issue of blood donation, to identify the factors by which blood donors are motivated to donate. Furthermore, what can cause stagnation in the growth of blood donors and what means doctors motivate potential blood donors. REVITALIZATION OF THE TERRITORY OF THE ČKD IN PRAGUE, VYSOČANY

There is a large number of localities in Prague that have lost their industrial glory or transport signifi cance. Today, these areas remain unused and turn into neglected scars on the city´s face. 1466 hectares of such territories exist now in Prague. Their transformation and limitation of the city´s expansion is one of the main goals of the new Prague´s Metropolitan Plan. And the solution to the transformation of the former ČKD is the subject of this thesis. Conditions for the revitalization of the territory of the former ČKD are embedded in the zoning plan for the Prague´s district Vysočany, in the new Metropolitan Plan and the new development projects in surrounding play its role too. The aim of the chapter is to evaluate the existing land situation, its use with respect to the new Metropolitan Plan and conceptual renewal of the postindustrial territory of Vysočany district. The thesis presents a possible example of the creation of a new urban district, which offers housing, modern offices, sports and all amenities. Modern architecture of high-rise buildings is complemented by quality solutions of public spaces, green streets and parks.
