This bachelor thesis is a business plan for emerging internet portal mediating IT services. This plan is organized into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part describes terms that belong into this business area. The analytical part is focused on analysis of the company, competition and market. The proposal part is described as usual structure of business plan. It describes portal functions and marketing mix by which the web portal will be promoted. Then there is described organization plan, risk assessment and financial plan. This business plan will be applied to real practical use.

The bachelor’s thesis describes the problematics of implementation of the Building Information Modelling method (BIM) in a specific construction company. The BIM method helps to sustain the company competitiveness and makes construction project management more efficient due to the support of information sharing and cooperation of the stakeholders. The process of implementation was designed based on the company’s analysis using project management methods. The outcomes of the thesis will be applied during the initiation of the BIM method implementation.

Besides the aim is an economical evaluation of plan and assessment of project feasibility.

In the thesis the current macroenvironment and the microenvironment of the company will be analyzed and then a comprehensive analysis will be developed. Based on this analysis, strategic measures leading to business development and increase of the added value and the competitiveness of the company will be proposed.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of social farming in the Czech Republic and in Europe, and the approximation of the functioning of social farming in practice on a selected subject. The bachelor thesis has a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, a literature research on the topic was developed and in the practical part, the functioning of the social farm Květná Zahrada z.ú., was described and evaluated in detail using the method of field survey, semi-structured interview and SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis identified a predominance of strengths that the farm can use to fulfil the opportunities and the outputs of the SWOT analysis, semi-standardised interview and field survey confirmed the effective functioning of social farm Květná Zahrada in the concept of social farming in the Czech Republic.
