Static analysis of steel structure
Čejková, Eva ; Martinásek, Josef (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of the linear and nonlinear analysis of the steel structure and the resulting differences in both the numerical results and the time needed to obtain these results These analyzes are performed on a high-rise building, which has 10 floors and is used as an administrative building. Static model construction and calculations are performed in software system from Dlubal RFEM only loads for individual load cases are calculated manually.
Heating using condensing technology
Jadrníčková, Kateřina ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of heating and hot water preparation of an administrative building in the complex Svit in Zlín. The building has three above-ground floors. As a source of heat are designed gas condensing boilers here. In the theoretical part A is solved the problem of gas condensing boilers. The computational part B deals with the design of the heating system, the preparation of hot water and the safety, expansion and other equipment necessary for the design of central heating. The last part C consists of the technical report and the drawing documentation of the heating of the building.

Multifunctional multi-storey building
Kántor, Albert ; Pešek, Ondřej (referee) ; Horáček, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a design of a multifunctional multi-storey building consisting of six floors which is located in Česká Třebová. The floor dimensions of structure are 56,5 x 26,5 m and its height is 22,150 m. The building is covered with green roof. The mail load bearing structure consists of primary beams, secondary beams, columns and vertical bracing. The floor structure is designed as a composite steel and concrete structure. The spatial rigidity of the structure is secured with vertical bracing and rigid concrete roof slab. Main used materials are structural steel S235, S355 and concrete of grade C25/30.

Bravia administrative building
Jiruška, Daniel ; LIpka, ing Miroslav (referee) ; Eliáš, Luboš (advisor)
The aim of the Diploma thesis is the project documentation for the execution of the administrative building. This is an administrative building located on the outskirts of Letohrad. The building consists of one section that has three above-ground floors and one section that has only one above-ground floor. The building is used for administration, trade and storage. For administrative work is designed the three-storey part of the building and single-storey part of the building is designated for trade and storage. The main entrances to the building are located on its west side and the next entrances to the building is located on its southern side and northern side. The building is based on foundation strips and pads of plain concrete. The building is designed from a masonry structural system made of concrete blocks made of lightweight concrete and the third floor is partly designed as a timber structure made of wooden KVH squared timber. The ceiling structures are designed from prestressed ceiling panels. Roof structure above the main part of the building is designed two-stage pitched roof octagon shape and the roof above the single-storey part of the building is designed as warm flat extensive green roof.

The diploma thesis deals with the entrance zone objects nearby a to-be-built energetic-paper mill factory WANEMI, Inc. in Zábřeh. It consists of two objects: a presentation pavilion and an administrative building. My design combines a function of parking and administration into one single object to occupy less land. Garages are intersected by a big open skylight in the middle with some trees planted in - this way people are moving as if in the treetops. The exhibition pavilion is situated in the intersection of main view axes to landscape dominants. Their extension is projected even into the interior where they determine main spaces. Visitor of the building climbs the way up along the important views to finish his way upstairs in the main hall.
