Intergenerational Relations and Cooperation in the Teaching Staff and Their Influence on Education.

The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research investigation. In the theoretical part the author deals with communication and defines the concept. Then, it deals with conflicts, which the author defines and describes the different kinds and also delves into rivalry and generational conflicts. The thesis also describes teaching models as a source of conflicts. It describes the relationship to self and relationships to others. Last but not least, it discusses the school, the teaching staff and the vision of the school under study. The second part consists of a research investigation. The research investigation was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire for teachers and for pupils. The questionnaire for teachers consisted of both closed and open-ended questions and the questionnaire for pupils consisted of closed-ended questions only. The data were presented in graphical form. The questionnaires are attached in the appendices at the end of the thesis, where the answers to the open-ended questions for teachers are also attached. Then, in the conclusion, the author suggested measures to improve the climate of the teaching staff based on the data. The work includes a proposal for the revitalization of the school, the concept of a school garden, and a café with a community center. The result will be a suitable space for education, relaxation, and development, not only for the school students but also for the local residents.

History of the school in Stachy in the years 1939 - 1989

The diploma thesis deals with the history of the school in Stachy in the given period. The first part of the thesis describes the village of Stachy and its history. In the next part, a brief overview of the course of education in the area from the time of the House of Habsburg´s Monarchy to the time of the formation of the Czechoslovakian Republic is given. In the next chapters, particular historical periods are described from the point of view of historical events as well as events that happened in the school and might have influenced the moral values of teachers. This was the way how the picture of studied time was created. The sources for this work were the extant school chronicles deposited in the archive in Prachatice, the Chronicle of the school in Stachy, the minutes taken during pedagogical meetings, and narrations of contemporaries.

Theory of the decision to become a computer science teacher

This study focuses on constructing a theory describing the process of choosing the profession of a computer science teacher. It utilizes a research design anchored in theory and analyzes data obtained, among other sources, during the creation of my bachelor's thesis, which examined the factors influencing this choice and to which this study builds upon. Thorough data coding and identification of key categories are conducted, serving as the framework for this theory. Findings suggest that the key processes influencing this choice are expectations of the study, choice of specialization, motivation to pursue teaching as a profession, and perception of external factors. Students enter the study with expectations based on experiences from lower levels of education, which may have played a crucial role in their decision-making. Choosing computer science as a specialization, especially for those coming from schools with a computer science focus, appears to be a significant factor. Additionally, it seems that computer science teachers who taught students at the primary or secondary level may have a substantial influence on their choice of this specialization. However, some students enter the pedagogical faculty with different expectations, such as aiming to obtain a degree with minimal effort. Negative perceptions of salary, requirements for mathematical knowledge, and low interest from girls in studying computer science education may present challenges, contributing to the low number of certified computer science teachers.

It reveals communication strategies which are used in parent-teacher communication.

Mobile application for psychodiagnostics of preschool children

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of preschool children psychodiagnostics using a smartphone application. It is focused on the principle of psychodiagnostics and its different approach to preschool children psychodiagnostics, there are also described tests used in nowaday psychodiagnostics. In the next part is presented the current implementation of the OS Android application with chosen tests. At the end is an explanation of the way of evaluating data and recommendations for using the app.

This Diploma thesis deals with design of sanitary instalation and gas instalation in high school. It is high school with four floor and a basement. The teoretical part is focused on water supply from own source. The Computational part and project includes a porposal of sanitary and storm sewer, water supply system, pipeline and their connection to current pipes.
