This bachelor's thesis is focused on the new construction of a family house with the equestrian needs facility in Bochoř, cadastral territory Bochoř. Designed to meet all the requirements of the investor. The building is divided into a residential part and a facility with facilities. It is a partly basement two-storey building. Brick block construction system and lost formwork. Covered by a rugged hip roof made of wooden trusses. Located on a flat terrain plot. The bachelor's thesis is prepared according to the assignment in the form of project documentation for the execution of the construction.
Family house in Sirákov

The aim of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction of two-generation family house in the village Sirákov on plot number 2486/3. House located in steep terrain is suitable for housing up to two families. The building has a partial basement with a basement and two storeys. Part of the house is a garage for two cars. Fundamentals will be created from footing. The external walls are constructed of bricks Porotherm 30 Profi and insulated ETICS. Porotherm ceiling structure consists of joists POT and ceiling Miako. Inside the two-armed staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof cladding consists collar systems. On the gabled roof was elected concrete roofing Bramac.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of children's hospice. The building is located in Opava, specifically in the Jaktař district. Acess to the building is from street Karafiátová on building 2121/1, 2119, 2118, 2117, 2122/1. The children's hospice is a health and social facility in which relief care and facilities for a child suffering from a serious illness will be provided. The ground plan of its object is reminiscent of a person with open arms, which leads to the hospice garden, where a memorial site will be created. The capacity of the hospice is 10 rooms for patients, which will be connected to the rooms of family members. There will also be 4 separate rooms for patients, where it will be possible to place an extra bed. The children's hospice has two above-ground and one basement. The building will be built next to the hospital in Opava and is intended to expand the services provided by palliative care not only in the Moravian-Silesian Region, but throughout the Czech Republic, in which none of these buildings is yet in operation. External walls of the basement are reinforced concrete monolithic, the rest of the external walls are made of ground brick blocks with mineral insulation. The ceiling structures of all floors are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roofs of the building are flat, above the single-storey part a vegetated flat roof is designed and above the second above-ground floor there is a flat roof loaded with aggregate. There is wall structural system.
Detached House in Velké Meziřící

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the projection of a detached house on the land plot no. 6038/1 and 6051/11, which is located in Velké Meziříčí. The building consists of partial basement, ground floor and no attic room. The house is designed as a brick building from Porotherm, basement is made of prefabricated concrete blocks Prefa. The roof is mono-pitched with a slope of 7° and part of house is covered by a flat roof. The windows and doors are plastic with imitation of wood. Entry to the building is located on the north side. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with garden and terrace. The project documentation is developed in accordance to the decree of the building documentation.
Boarding house u bobule

The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for the construction building of boarding house. Object is situated on the cadastral area of village Kubšice, number of building plot is 30/7. Terain is slightly sloping. The pension has two above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there are technical rooms. On the upper floors there are guest rooms and a restaurant with facilities. The construction system of the building is a wall system. The perimeter basement walls are made of concrete blocks of lost BEST formwork embedded in concrete. The other perimeter and interior walls are made of Heluz ceramic blocks. The building is designed to be insulated with an Etics contact facade made of mineral insulation from stone fibers. Horizontal ceiling structures and stairs are monolithic. The roof of the building consists of a sloping roof. There are 32 parking spaces on the plot.
Apartment Building

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a new apartment building which is located in Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is free standing with partial basement. In the building there is one basement and three above ground floors with 9 apartments. There are mainly apartments in high standart with spacious social rooms and terraces. In the basement there are cellar boxes for each apartment, room for bicycles and baby carriages, cleaning room and technical room. Vertical structures are made of ceramics blocks, horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab. The roof construction is designed as single-skin flat roof.
Gaff by the pond

The project involves the design and solution of a restaurant with dance floor and accommodation. This includes a new building on land plot 389/1, 389/3, 389/4, 1632/2, 1632/3, 1634/9, located in the town of Čáslav. Access to the building and layout inside the building is barrier-free. The restaurant is designed for a capacity of 120 people to sit. The total bed capacity of the pension is 14 beds. One double room is designed for barrier free use of the accommodation unit. The structural system of the object is masonry, with additional elements of the cast-in-place concrete frame. At the site of the largest span are designed reinforced concrete columns and dimensioned 0.3 x 0.3 m with a maximum centre to centre spacing of 5.31 x 5.775 m. Basement masonry is supposed to be from permanent shuttering. The masonry part of the building at the groundfloors is made from ceramic blocks of type POROTHERM with 300 mm thickness. Internal loadbearing masonry and not loadbearing masonry walls are built from ceramic blocks of POROTHERM with thickness 250, 150, 80 mm, or plasterboard partition with thickness 155 mm. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. The (exterior) building envelope is designed with a ventilated air gap. The floor structure is supposed to be from reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The building is roofed with a flat roof with a single-layer flat roof with a classical layout. Above the restaurant will be an extensive green roof.
Hotel Zubří

The main subject of my diploma thesis is creating a design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant and is situated in the northern outskirts of Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is located on a slightly sloping terrain with small green vegetation. The hotel is three-story with partial basement. It is roofed with a pitched roof. The hotel meets the requirements of comfort star (***) in hotel rating. The accommodation capacity is 58 people placed into 13 rooms. Two rooms are designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The rooms are located on the first and second floor. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with reception and toilets for the guests from the restaurant. In the south-western part of the hotel are located staff facilities such as a kitchen facility or a place of supply. The north-western part of the building is designed for the management and support areas. The building is designed to respect local regulations and construction principles. With its architectural design, the building completely fits into the surrounding landscape and does not disturb its character in any way.
Low energy detached house

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a low energy detached house in Frýdek-Místek. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 528/46 in Místek area. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 10,65x9,4m. The roof of the building is designed flat roof. The house is performed from the systém Porotherm and Tritreg. The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.
Health Care Centre

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for construction of a health centre in Šlapanice. The proposed building is situated on parcels no. 1906/1, 1906/11 and 1906/13. The parcels are part of the cadastral city Šlapanice. The terrain is flat. There are all necessary underground utilities nearby. The object is functionally divided into two parts and has a rectangular plan. The first part consists of a medical centre with a capacity of 19 specialized surgeries. The second part consists of a pharmacy for the general public. The building is designed of the brick construction system with a monolithic reinforced concrete columns and a reinforced concrete continuous slab. The largest footprint building is 66.75 x 18.75 meters. The cladding is designed in aluminium and glass facades with a total thickness of 250 mm. Roofing of the building's entire surface of a flat roof with a waterproofing layer at a gradient of 3% with multiple height levels. The structure of flat roofs is designed as a flat roof with a stabilizing layer of washed river gravel or vegetation roof. Foundation of a building is a combination of foundation footings and foundation passports. The pharmacy part is designed as a single-storey building and the health centre is designed as a partial basement building with three floors.
