Title: The role of coach Objectives: Define moral qualities and coaching assumptions of football trainers based on monitoring their behavior during trainings and matches. Tendency is to compare all the club coaches across categories, describe their pros and cons and assign them to suitable category. Eventually, to find out if these properties influences achieved license. Methods: Observations in practice, descriptive analysis, interviews with coaches Results: This writing show us proportion of influence of inborn qualities, skills and achieved license of the coach in different categories. Project management and its application in a selected organization

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the project management system in the organization and to suggest possible changes. In the first phase of work, the author studied the available literature on the basis of which is a review. The next section describes the project management system in the organization, namely Komerční Banka. Furthermore, comparison of results of research conducted by Ernst and Young with the state Komerční Banka. Further research is described Brandeis University internal research of the Bank. Based on this research are determined two critical reasons for project failure. The first is the lack of definition of essential information at the beginning of the project and other insufficiently competent project manager. Another section is devoted to the project manager. Furthermore SWOT analyses is created. There are described hard and soft skills. Suggestions for improvement were divided for existing project managers and for those newly admitted.

Reeducation of specific learning disabilities through the group of interest in primary school

This thesis focuses on specific learning disorders of primary school pupils and reeducational care that takes place in the school under the guidance of trained teachers. It deals with the oraganization and content of reeducational group in Vodňanská Elementary School in Prachatice. It captures the extent to which improved underdeveloped cognitive and motor areas of the pupils who attend the group. It finds out the efficiency of the group reeducation.

Potentional Aproaches to Solve the Adverse Social Situations of Single Mother in Shelter

Theoretical part is concerned with principles of the recent social politics focusing on support of individuals threatened from social isolation. In this case we deal with single mothers with children that lost housing due to unfortunate social circumstances. One solution is that social services intervention may provide special housing option. An example is shown from Pribram town, where a complete list of services is described in detail. Such list includes internal housing rules imposed on occupants. More importantly this example shows methods of interaction with occupants while building specific plans that match occupants? rights and goals. Practical part deals with evaluation of success of this housing service that includes evaluation of recordings with possible requests and/or suggestions based on communication between service personnel and selected occupants. The main emphasis here is identification of system weaknesses and overall improvement of this system. Methods: Communication, relevant documents? research, relevant observations.

Singing Scales in the Lower Grades of Primary School with a Focus on the First Grade

The diploma thesis deals with a problem of non-singing (unmusical) young children. It presents and evaluates methods of solution in contemporary practice of primary school teachers. Theoretical part is devoted to children's voice, different approaches of teachers to the improvement/remedy of non- singing/unmusical children, analysis of commercial textbooks and methodological handbooks for the first class which are used now in teaching practice at primary schools. The second part is composed of a research probe. Using questionnaires, information on the method of solving the problem of non- singing/unmusical children in contemporary practice has been obtained. Social Welfare for Persons with Mental Disabilities - A Comparison of the State and Non-State Sectors

The aim of my thesis is to describe and compare sociál institutions for the mentally ill based on the institution founder. Parents' opinions on the quality of the services offered are dealt with as well. The theoretical part is focused on basic terminology, definitions, classifications, psychological specifications, education and training of the mentally disabled people. The core of my thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the comparison of the institutions based on their founder, where a questionnaire was used. The second part pursues the opinions of parents whose mentally disabled children regularly have daily or week-long stays in these institutions. In this part of my study I used interviews to gain my research material. I will use the information and knowledge gained during my study and the results of my thesis to improve the quality of my own work in the institution and also as enlightenment for communication with other people.

Drive Vertical Saddle of Machining Centre by Linear Motor

The diploma dissertation deals with the mechanism of vertical movement of a saddle of high-speed machining centre which is made by the Trimill company. The movement of vertical alloy saddle is solved by ball screw. The solution could be improved by replacing the ball screw by linear motor. This will dramatically improve the dynamics of the movement of the vertical saddle. In addition, if the weight is compensated by pneumatic relief and the construction is welded, the dynamics will further improve.

A whole camp game as a means of gaining children knowledge and skills

The present diploma thesis with the title 'The whole camp game as a means of gaining children knowledge and skills' focuses on the elaboration of games as a completion in summer camps for children. It deals mainly with educational components and the acquisition of social behaviour conveyed by these games. The thesis is split into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is focused on the theory of whole camp games. It also deals with motivation, which is important for the ability to remember a fact. The games are presented as an inseparable part of the summer camps, last but not least affecting the pattern of learning. The empirical part is divided into several chapters. The first chapter contains a description of whole camp game under the motto of 'time machine', which were realized in a summer camp in 2010, organized by the STROM P.B.m. association. The next chapter deals with the didactical testing and elaboration. This test has been given to the children on three occasions - during the summer camp, one month later, and six months later. The last chapter focuses on social skills and presents examples of games, which lead to an improvement of social skills.
