Computational assesment the energy performance of the building as a thermal system
Eliáš, Filip ; TROJAN,, Karel (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes documents that are nowadays exploited to determine energy performance of the building. The titles of these documents are Building energy performance certificate (PENB) and Energy label (EŠOB). The thesis describes the main properties of materials that are commonly used in civil engineering to achieve thermal comfort in the building. These properties are heat isolation and heat accumulation.
Proposal of measures for reducing energy demands of food stores
Julinová, Patricie ; Vlach, František (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
The master thesis deals with measures to reduce energy performance of grocery store building. Model of the grocery store is evaluated according to a recommended energy values specified by Czech standards and according to the real values of the actual consumption. These values are compared. Final building analysis for a proposal measures to reduce energy consumption is based on the invoices of the real consumption and on the experimental assignments. Experimental measurements are the Blower door test of the tightness of the building envelope, the measures with the thermovision camera and the measuring of the illumination intensity. The most efficient proposal is extended to the whole model network of the food shops in the Czech Republic.
Energy audit of residential building
Kozáková, Petra ; Sýkorová, Iva (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the avaluating of the energy consumption of the apartment building. This avaluating is realized by the form of an energy audit (EA) and the demonstration of the energy consumption of the building (PENB). The building is reviewed in the term of energetics, economics and enviroment. The saving restrictions were designed within this audit to lead to lowering the energy needed for the operation of the building.
Development of a new self-supporting insulation system with respect to dynamic stress
Machala, David ; Frajt, Daniel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with suggestion of self-supporting insulating system that can be used for objects which insulating is more or less complicated. In this thesis are theoretically processed information about insulation systems while focus is on their structure, composition and principle of operation. Further, there is theoretically designed self-supporting insulating system which is practically built after theoretically composed testing for finding its basic properties. The most appropriate process of realization is formulated at the end after evaluation of the individual tests.
New station of the Czech Mountain Rescue Service in Ramzová made of hempcrete
Harazin, Tomáš ; Pilný, Ondřej (referee) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
The aim of this project is a design of a Mountain Service station in Ramzová located in the Protected Landscape Area Jeseníky. It is a two-storey rectangular building with a gable roof. It has a light wooden frame with hempcrete thermal insulation with diffusely-open constructions. The roof and the facade are covered with split larch shingles. All materials used are selected with respect to their environmental impact in combination with modern approaches. The building is designed as a near-zero energy building, including an air handling unit, a heat source in the form of an air-water heat pump, as well as photovoltaic panels placed vertically on the structure in the northwestern part of the property. The work also includes research into the properties of hempcrete. Laboratory measurements of a heat transfer coefficient and compressive strength of the material were made on samples of hempcrete and are implemented to the project. The result is a building using today's most advanced technology combined with traditional natural construction.
Cultural and educational center
Belžík, Roman ; Moravcová, Eva (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to develop a new building – a cultural and educational center, located in the town of Uherské Hradiště. The building is fitted to the central part of the city, on unused building lot, with good access to public transport links. The building is designed as a partial basement facility, with three floors and a basement. Structurally it is a column-based, skeletal support system, made of reinforced concrete. The basement part consists of bearing walls of reinforced concrete. The ceiling structure is made of locally backed, cross-reinforced slabs, also made of reinforced concrete. The outer perimeter infill masonry is constructed of ceramic bricks with a thickness of 300mm. Interior bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete of appropriate dimensions. Dividing walls are made of plasterboard constructions. Roof structures are formed by a system of flat roofs and terraces. In principle there are two types – the roofs with safety waterproofing and the ones without it. The base structure consists of footings and strips of reinforced concrete.
Comparison of costs for the construction of buildings in terms of their cladding and method of heating
Szturc, Jakub ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the cost comparison of the envelope compositions of a passive wood building depending on the type of thermal insulation used and the type of envelope composition. In the practical part, diffusion closed and diffusion open envelope compositions with different types of thermal insulation are proposed. The proposed compositions are priced and compared. The heating method and its costs are also marginally addressed.
Renovation of the building with respect to energy demands
Balíková, Anna ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the solutions of the renovation of a panel apartment building with regard to energy efficiency. The theoretical part deals with heat pumps. The acquired knowledge was subsequently applied in the computational part, where the energy assessment of the current state of the apartment building and the design of two possible variants of renovation are addressed. The aim of the first variant is the renovation of the building to meet classification class C using the possible funds. The second variant is focused on the technical equipment of the building and primary energy from renewable sources, so that the apartment building reaches classification class A. Both proposed variants are assessed from both an energy and financial point of view. The project part then contains certificates of energy intensity of individual variants of the building.
Price analysis of building with changes of construction materials
Pospíšil, Petr ; Vovesný, Jan (referee) ; Aigel, Petr (advisor)
The following bachelor thesis concentrates on the analysis of construction expenditures dutiny the process of introducing material and construction changes. We have selected four variant of the given construction systems supplied by four different providers. This has been conducted under the following condition: all the four variants has a common heat transfer coefficient. U= 0,14 [W/m2K]. Among the selected systems we have included Heluz, Velox, Porotherm and Ytong. Under Heluz system we have chosen Heluz Family, ground surface, thickness 500 mm. This system does not involved contact insulation. As for Porotherm, we have decided for ceramic breeze blocks Porotherm 30, thickness 300 mm, to follow the obligatory common heat transfer coefficient, therefore we have also suggested contact insulation as of 220 mm. The third system, Velox permanent boarding, VELOX WS EPS PLUS thickness 420 [mm]. This system fully complies with the heat transfer coefficient requirements. Finally, we have used Ytong breeze blocks 300 mm in thickness. For this solution there also arose a need to design the contact insulation to follow the heat transfer coefficient requirements. For ech project variant we have designed project documuntation as a the basis for further budget item calculations pertinent to each single project variant. The item budget calculation was made using KROS PLUS programme. The overall budget prices and variables in each project variant have been comapred with each other, the data processed into several graphs accordingly. Among the variables we have included ground works, founding, vertical and complete constructions, horizontal constructions, surfaře finishing works, flooring and filling works, thermal insulations. Furthermore, purchasing prices for each invividual type of material, based on provider prices list, have been compared with prices as given by KROS PLUS programme.
Space heating of a one-story home
Kazda, Jan ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the calculation of the heat loss in a single- storey family house. The calculation is done in detail for every room. After calculation there is a suggestion of a heating system and source of heat. Next part of the thesis presents a real technology of the heating in a family house. Prices of the real and ideal systems are also compared.
