Analysis of the effect of insulation on the housing unit price in a model house in Vyškov
Čupr, Pavel ; Kosová, Jaroslava (referee) ; Adámek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis examines the influence of insulation of perimeter structures on the price of residential units in model house. Model example is prefabricated house in the town of Vyškov. The aim is to determine whether is the investment for owners of individual apartments beneficial and, if so, what is its return time. Two views on this issue are saving energy for heating and appreciation of prices of apartments. The secondary objective is considering other options to save energy.
Reduction of energy intensity of the house
Šalšová, Bára ; Brázdil, Marian (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with reduction of energy intensity of the house. Firstly a model house is described which is subsequently used for proposal of thermal insulation arrangement for decrease in heat losses caused by pervasion. In addition a summary of insulation materials that can be used for external wall insulation is included. In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis reader finds description of the Trombe wall which is used as a passive element for effective utilization solar energy. The last part of the thesis looks into calculation of devised thermal output for all options of thermal insulation. Finally these options are compared and the most advantageous of them is determined.
Accumulation of Energy from Renewable Energy Sources
Heller, Ondřej ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The objective of the first part of master’s thesis is mapping the potential of various types of renewable sources in Europe and Czech Republic, especially solar energy, wind energy, water energy and biomass. There are described principals and ways of energy generation from these sources, brief overview of current technologies, and also their advantages and limitations. An important part is electric supply continuity from renewable sources, there are large differences and the resulting to restrictions on construction and connecting the units to the power system. In this work there are mentioned some impacts on network and rates of change of supply, some sources are also evaluated in terms of maximum power, that can be connected to the power system in our country. The conclusion of the first part is dedicated to energy storage technologies, which are suitable and usable for renewable sources, there are described their principals, properties, status of development and types of aplications, in which these technologies are used. This chapter also focusses on the price level of each technology. The second part of the thesis deals with 1 MWp on-grid photovoltaic power plant design. This design includes also the redox flow batteries accumulation, the first variant calculates on 24-hour steady energy supply, the second optimalized variant calculates on daily energy supply. There are the accumulation system costs estimated and also the payback period for the both variants. Additionally there is also determined minimum penalization for cost-effective operation. The last part is dedicated to changes of impact on the local grid and changes of system impacts, after the accumulation system is installed.
Business Development
Bavlnka, Jan ; Jakubcová, Marie (referee) ; Bartoš, Vojtěch (advisor)
Master´s thesis is based on making analysis of the present state company Dutch Impuls s.r.o. From this analysis are made the proposals for getting better than actual situation. In the first part there is explained the theoretical introduction to the problem, there are defined basic notions and methods. The second part is based on analysis present situation of the company. In the final part there are drawn up the proposals thanks to making business plan.
Complex evaluation of the thermo-technical properties of the building structure and heat / cold sources for family houses
Šalšová, Bára ; Baláš, Marek (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with overall reduction of energy use in the family house by reducing heat loss and selecting heat and cold source. In the first part are described different types of heat loss along with ways to efectively reduce each loss. Contact insulation systems are further more described, because of beeing used more often. Newer materials are also presented to readers, although their use is less common. The next chapters describe the parameters of choosed heat and cold sources. The calculating part describes process of annual power usage calculation. Further there are three designs of thermal insulation proposed and for each one the appropriate heat and cold source is selected, using heat pump with bivalent operation for all designs. Finally these options are compared in an economic and technical way and the most advantageous of them is determined.
Proposals for action elimination of heat loss in buildings
Vašulka, Tomáš ; Musilová, Petra (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about measures leading to heat loss reduction for the model family house. In the research part, available methods and materials are summarized which can be used in thermal insulation of perimeter structures. In the next part, principle of recuperation unit is described which serves for decrease of heat loss by ventilation. Next, the calculation of heat loss is described with heating costs of the house. In the next part, several thermal insulation measures are proposed. In the end, the insulation measures are compared economically.
Influence of Insulating a Building for Family Holiday on the Expenses Related to its Operation
Hanyk, Tomáš ; Hrdlička, Tomáš (referee) ; Čech, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the impact of thermal insulation on expenses relateted to the operation of the weekend house. Theoretical part describes options of thermal insulation systems, insulation methodes, describes structural prices and costs. Practical part of this thesis describes heat costs on specific weekend house situated in Karlovy Vary region. Thermal insulations are designed in three different variants. Calculation of costs of every designed insulation systém is included in this thesis. In next part of thesis is calculated return of investment for every designed solution. In conclusion of the diploma thesis are compared impacts of thermal insulation on expenses ralated to the operation of the weekend house.

Company Communication Strategy
Uherková, Marie ; MSc, Peter Marcely (referee) ; Schüller, David (advisor)
Mater thesis deals with online marketing and optimization of marketing communication strategy for online job board specialised on remote jobs. The practical part based on theory and analyses of competitors and macro/micro environmental factors focus on short term marketing campaign. This campaign tests reaching the main goal of the strategy by evaluating operative goals. After evaluation of the campaign, there is optimized marketing communication strategy plan.
Energy performance of low-energy houses
Strava, Jan ; Štelcl, Otakar (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis focuses on low-energy houses. It will prove wheter or not a house built as low-energy house really does meet requirements for this classification. Further it suggest investment options for additional reduction of energy consumption. The actual results of 10 year old building will be compared with investor´s original requests.
