The diploma thesis will discuss the issues of the order in the company MINUTKY.CZ s.r.o. In the first part we will explain the theoretical concepts related to the topic. The next part is devoted to the course of the contract in the mentioned company and subsequent analyzes of FMEA and Ishikawa's diagram for risk management. The last part proposes measures that should cause risks as little as possible.

Analysis of employee costs in a construction company

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of labor wage costs in the construction industry, comparing employees of companies with external workers (self-employed). The main aim is to compare the costs associated with these two types of labor on a specific construction project. The theoretical part addresses wage policy in the Czech Republic, explaining fundamental concepts such as wage, salary, net and gross wages, as well as the differences between guaranteed and minimum wages. It also focuses on pricing in the construction industry. The practical part of the thesis deals with a specific construction project and conducts a comparative analysis of wage costs for self-employed workers and employees. It describes the project, the developer and construction company, a specific residential building, and its budget. Wage costs associated with the activities of individual participants in the construction are anylyzed In conclusion, the acquired information and data are summarized and analyzed, providing a clear picture of the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of employing internal workers compared to hiring self-employed workers in the construction industry

This master thesis deals with the processes of the order process in the selected company Alcadrain s.r.o., which operates on the market as a manufacturer of sanitary equipment. The master thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part defines the partial theoretical background within the chosen topic, the second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the selected company and last but not least the suggestions for improvement in the problematic segments are completely described.

The Project Proposal for the Implementation of an Information System for the Registration and Management of Contracts

The aim of this thesis is to create a project proposal for the implementation of an information system for registration and management of contracts in a small business that specializes in installing bath doors for people with reduced mobility. The thesis is developed using methods and procedures of project management. The thesis is divided into four parts; the first part introduces the objectives and methods of project management, the second part is dedicated to theoretical foundations, the third part presents the analyzed company and an analysis of the internal and external environment of the business, and the fourth part consists of the actual project proposal for the implementation of the information system and the overall benefits of the proposed solution.

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and management of a construction contract from the contractor's point of view. The content of the bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts of project management, preparation and implementation of a construction contract. The practical part is solved on a specific construction contract of Křižík pavilions in Prague. The result of the bachelor thesis is documentation for the preparation and management of the construction contract.

1 Abstract Issues regarding selected conditions for participant exclusion in public procurement proceedings This dissertation deals with issues surrounding specification of conditions for participant exclusion in public procurement proceedings with special focus on the condition contained in section 48(5)(d) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement procedure ("PPP"). The issue presented by the condition for exclusion in section 48(5)(d) PPP, which states that the contracting authority may exclude a participant from the procedure on grounds of unsuitability, relates to how this is achieved in practice according to the rules and principles of the PPP and the regulation of the quality of competition (unfair competition). This dissertation draws attention to the limitations of section 48(5)(d) PPP and its application, and critically analyses and evaluates its subject. According to the current jurisprudence of the Office, the exclusion of a participant can often be unsuccessful due to a confusing interpretation of the rules of its application. The Office for the protection of competition has stated that for a successful exclusion of a participant under section 48(5)(d) PPP, the contracting authority must satisfy an evidential burden and prove that a misconduct by a reliable supplier has occurred. Ethical dilemma in working with people with Asperger's syndrome

This diploma thesis deals with theme of Ethical dilemma of social workers when deciding whether to create a collaborative plan based on the wishes of an adolescent with Asperger syndrome or a parent. The goal was to find out how social workers decide to interview, what factors influence their decisions. The topic is discussed both in the field of developmental psychology and theoretical knowledge about Asperger's syndrome, but this work also mentions theoretical knowledge of ethics in the field of decision-making. Qualitative research was focused not only on interviews with five social workers, but also on the view of adolescents with Asperger's syndrome and their parents on the given issue. In the research results, I emphasize the importance of elaborated internal regulations, which describe the procedure of working with the client, and which can help to solve the ethical dilemma.

Design Process Management of the Order of the Chosen Portfolio of the Organization

The bachelor thesis focuses on the order management process in Keestrack s.r.o., a company that manufactures mobile sorting and crushing machines. The first part deals with the introduction of the company and then in the second part the theoretical background of the issue is presented, where we find explained concepts related to production, quality and process. The third part is an analysis of the current state of the art based on the theoretical part. In the last part, the results are interpreted and suggestions are made to improve the current situation of the company.

Process performance planning

This thesis deals with the operational planning of production at DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s., specifically evaluating impacts of the passage of an exceptional order on manufacturing process. Aim is to analyze the current state of process management, to evaluate the impact of additional interventions into the processes and to quantify the costs associated with this intervention in the planned production. All with the minimum cost and maximum efficiency at a given quality. The goal is achieved by simulating of inserting an exceptional order in the enterprise information system.
