Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation

This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

The thesis is focused on the process of recruitment, selection and hiring employees in to the company. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the process of recruitment, selection and hiring employees in selected company and determine conclusions and recommendations which can improve the whole process. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the description of the theoretical bases and background of the topic. The practical part focuses on the selected company, the presentation of its structure, business field and the current processes. The aim is to analyse the process of recruitment, selection and hiring employees, evaluate this processes and suggest particular recommendations.

Economic cooperation between China and Sub-Saharan Africa

Building relations with China is a topic of broad and current interest, when it comes to establishing and deepening new economic cooperation between Sub-Saharan Africa and other regions. This thesis analyses current economic cooperation between these two regions with the prevailing emphasis on the African partner. The thesis is formally divided into five chapters. The first two chapters focus on selected theoretical and factual starting points related to the main topic of the thesis, which create a foundation stone for the other chapters. In the third chapter of the thesis, selected statistical data about current trade and investment cooperation between both partners are introduced. The main goal of the following fourth chapter is to analyze real impact of mutual cooperation on the selected country of Sub-Saharan region. The last chapter of the thesis analyses a relatively problematic and widely discussed issue: the classification and allocation of financial flows from China in the Sub-Saharan Africa.

Communications Intercultural Aspect in Working Environment of a chosen Firm

The thesis covers cultural differences among employees of a multi-national corporation in relation to communication and task execution. Thesis aims to construct a theoretical framework to map these cultural differences and apply gathered insights in practical research targeting the effect of cultural differences on communication and task execution. Research questionnaire replicates Hofstede's work and also builds on practical application of Hofstede's work by several authors. Research data were gathered via digital questionnaire. Data refinement and evaluation was conducted using frequency description and statistical methods of structure comparison. The thesis provides a set of practical recommendations as a result. These are aimed to help reduce or possibly eliminate negative effects of cultural differences in the workplace.

Marketing Situational Analysis of a chosen Company

The aim of my thesis is to create an educated description of marketing situational analysis of selected energy company - ČEZ, Inc. The analysis should help the company to better plan its marketing activities and thus succeed in a competitive environment. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to marketing as a whole and theoretical background needed for the completion of marketing situational analysis, which includes both PEST analysis, Porter's fice forces analysis, SWOT analysis and marketing mix. Results from those are then applied in practice. The result of each analysis are then formulated into recommendations that should help the company to improve its marketing management.

This bachelor work focuses on adaptation process of new employees in a particular company. The goal is determination of adaptation process and comparison with needs of the company on onboarding field. A few methods of quality research were used in application part. The first one is analysis of internal documents related to adaptation process. The second is application and analysis of structured inquiry of head of human resources department of the company. Application part of the work brings evaluation of analysed adaptation process.

Chosen natural resources: focuses of conflicts nad its economic consequences

The bachelor´s thesis aims to three chosen natural resources, which are petroleum, natural gas and water, and conflicts based on disputes over them. The aim of the thesis was to valorize nature of the conflicts, define their main focus and draw prospective economic consequences. Professional literature that deals with this kind of issue, was used in order to find out the true nature of the conflicts. The result is an evaluation, which has proven, that the most influental conflicts are rising over disputes over petroleum. Their economic and political impacts are very perceptible and economically measurable in the way of GDP, the total product and other economic indicators. In the thesis has been also proven that the conflicts on the basis of natural gas have similiar nature and extent as it is in the case of petroleum, even thought in a smaller amount. The least important conflicts in a meaning of economic impacts are those over water, by those has been proven, that they do not poses such an impact on economic and political situation as petroleum or natural gas nowdays.

Employee motivation and satisfaction in production company

The main subject of the thesis is employee motivation and satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee motivation and work satisfaction of a production company, identify areas of dissatisfaction and provide recommendations for future improvements. The study also aims to emphasize the relationship between employee motivation and work satisfaction and the level of their performance, loyalty, absenteeism, fluctuation as well as the correllation between employee motivation and satisfaction and the overall organizational performance. A brief introduction is followed by the theoretical framework of the thesis which includes such concepts as motivation, stimulation, work motivation, job satisfaction or motivation profile, explains and focuses on basic theories of motivation and factors of employee satisfaction. The empirical part of the thesis introduces the human resources management in the production company and the questionnaire investigation conducted among the employees of the production company. The questionnaire icludes parts where the questions about satisfaction of the employee with the selected factors influencing employee motivation and satisfaction were asked. This section also includes conclusions and recommendations for future employee motivation and satisfaction improvements.

Main goal of the work is to analyze the processes in a specific company and to recommend a solution for customer relationship. Thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical part presents readers with basic concepts of customer relationship management, its principles, development and strategy. Furthermore, pays attention to customer and their value. Methodical part defines the method of analysis, which is applicated in practical part. Practical part is focused on a specific company, on its introduction, history and analysis of internal and external environment. In conclusion of this thesis individual recommendations and improvement proposals are listed.
