Proposal for the value propostion development

Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na tvorbu hodnotovej ponuky spoločnosti, ktorá zabezpečuje profesijný rozvoj učiteľov základných a stredných škôl na Slovensku. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené teoretické koncepty súvisiace s tvorbou hodnotovej ponuky. Analytická časť sa zameriava na kľúčové interné a externé faktory a zainteresované strany ovplyvňujúce podnikanie spoločnosti pri tvorbe hodnotovej ponuky. Návrhová časť práce kombinuje získané vstupy pre definovanie novej hodnotovej ponuky podniku s odporúčaniami pre jej implementáciu.
Valuation in the settlement of building insurance claim in model situations

The subject of the diploma thesis is the comparison and evaluation of approaches and methods of valuation of selected building for insurance purposes. The thesis is motivated by the perspective of harmonization of domestic legislation regulating real estate valuation with foreign valuation standards. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the legislative framework of insurance and defines key concepts and principles in the field of valuation to the extent given for the needs of insurance companies. The analysis of domestic approaches and methods of valuation, as well as approaches and methods based on foreign standards, seeks a common initial basic platform for the harmonization of valuation standards. In the practical part, a reference building, an existing family house in the Karviná district, was chosen to simulate procedures within the framework of liquidation of an insured event and comparison of valuation methods. Based on the construction description of the reference building, the valuation is carried out using selected methods and then according to commonly used methodologies of insurance companies. The values obtained are compared and at the end of the work there is a proposal for an optimal approach to the valuation of buildings with the aim of more accurate calculation of insurance claims. The research methods used in the thesis are searches of domestic and foreign literature, analysis, comparison, own calculations, simulation and methods of valuation of buildings within the necessary scope of applicable legislative standards.
Restoration of the Renaissance Town Hall in Hostěradice

This bachelor's thesis was to develop project documentation for a building permit in part B and construction execution documentation in part C. The developed project documentation follows on from the subject AG034 – Monument restoration studio. The topic of the studio work was to propose a solution for the restoration of the Renaissance town hall in Hostěradice, which now serves only as a grocery store and a gym. All the spaces of the town hall are falling into disrepair, but the village of Hostěradice is starting to invest in gradual repairs and improvements not only to the building itself, but also to the surrounding area. After completing a workshop in the building, which resulted in a preliminary structural and technical survey of the building and the basic considerations of the residents of the village and the council, I arrived at the basic concept of the restoration of the town hall. I will rid the building of all redundant constructions that divide vaulted spaces and redundant extensions. By demolishing the attached stage, I isolate the historic building, to which I then design a modern extension with hygienic and technical facilities. It is connected to the historic town hall by a glazed space with a communication core, from which you can reach all the used spaces. The purpose of the restored building will be to represent the village at social events. All spaces will be converted into halls, galleries or facilities for refreshments in the form of catering and a bar. With this approach, I plan to preserve the valuable layers of the Renaissance building and at the same time add a new layer to the town hall that adapts the building to modern needs.
Methods of Building Wear and Their Applicability in Practice

This diploma thesis is a survey describing the relationship that different methods of determination of wear of properties have to valuation of the market price and to the price obtained according to the valid assessment act no. 151/1997 Sb. As a basis for this survey, three family houses of different age were chosen to show the relationships of different methods to prices in various stages of life span of the buildings. All the partial results of the analysis of the different methods of determination of wear of particular buildings were compared with the market and obtained prices. The family houses were assessed according to the assessment act and its relevant implementing decree no. 3/2008 Sb. The valuation of the market prices was made according to the current situation at the real property market in respective locations of the assessed properties.
Assessment of Market Value of the Easement on the Route of the Sewage Pipelines

This dissertation deals wtih a problematice of easements of real estates in Czech Republic.The main goal of the dissertation is to estimate the value of considered easement and value of the family house burdened with the easements, consider and give reasons for possible devaluation of the real estate by making the easements. In the theoretical part are defined the terms connected with the real estate business, methods of valuation of the real estates and terms from land registry. Legislation of easements, methods and proceduresof valuation of easementsand valuationof real estates with easements follows. Practical part is about valuation of easements. Municipakl authority in Vyškov reallized construction of sewers in local parts Lhota and Rychtářov. The sewers goes through lands thats why the easements are established for the land owners. The easements are provided with conrtracts. The final part of the dissertation includes the summary and comparison of easements in 2011 and 2014, example of valuation of family house in local part Rychtářov and valuation of the influence of easement on the real estate.
Investment Environment in the Virtual Real Cash Economy

The subject of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the issue of possible financial investment in the virtual economy with real funds and design strategies to maximize the initial capital appreciation. The introduction describes the analysis of virtual PED currency, the economy and the system of publicly traded shares. The main part is focused on presenting the results of practical traded investment based on fundamental analysis, speculation about the intrinsic value of the shares and evaluating applied strategies, including the benefits of work.

This master’s thesis provides us into the issues of reduction of house prices due to roof structure defect. First charter takes interest in theorethical solutions for residential houses valuation with defects.Real estate survey is introduced in chapter two. The third part of this master’s thesis is focused on possible roof structure defects and malfunctions. In last charter we can find the valuation of house with defect. The main goal of this thesis is to create a procedure for the reduction of property price with roof structure defect.
Microsoft Windows Registry Analysis

Understanding and working with Microsoft Windows registry is an important ability from the perspective of security. This ability is used by malicious software as well as by software, which repaires the damage caused by activity of malicious software. However, applications accessing and working with the registry are platform dependent, which may not always be convenient and it can lead to other problems if the platform is not secure. Therefore, the aim of this work is to create a platform independent application for accessing and working with registry, which makes possible to analyse the effect of malware on registry.
Valuation of damage caused by a lightning strike to a house in the village of Šebetov

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the amount of indemnity for damage caused by a lightning strike to a house in the village Šebetov. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts, associated with the topic. Furthermore, the approach of valuation of assets and insurance. The practical part uses theoretical knowledge addresses a specific case. First, the location is described, house and insured event (natural event – flash). Following the calculation of the time value immediately before the insured event, further costs are quantified to repair the damage incurred and then is detected current value after repairs. At the end, there is comparison of the time price comparisons of costs incurred for repairs and evaluation of the agreed sum insured in the insurance contract.
Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation

This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.
