Technological stage of the substructure of an apartment building in Nitra

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of the realization project for the stage of the rough bottom construction of a residential building in Nitra. The subject of the work is the implementation of earthworks and rough substructure, which includes the implementation of piles, foundation slab, walls of the 1st floor and the ceiling above the 1st floor. The content of the work is the elaboration of a technical report focused on the stage of the rough substructure, the situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, the organization of construction for the stage of the rough substructure, the technological regulation for the realization of piles, the design of the machine assembly, the inspection and test plan for the earthworks and also for the realization of piles, the risks and their solutions in the framework of the safety on the construction site, the itemized budget, which includes the bill of quantities, and the timetable.

Technological stage of the upper rough construction of an apartment building in Brno

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building located in Brno in Sadová street. This thesis contains a technical report of the given technological stage, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources with a variant solution of the partition masonry, a drawing of the construction site equipment together with the technical report, timetables with a variant solution, a design of the machine assembly, an inspection and testing plan for the masonry stage and ensuring work safety. The last chapter of this work is the itemized budget for the variant solutions and selected construction details.

Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Multifunctional House, Prague street Orebická, technological phase finishing

The bachelor thesis deals with final works of multifunctional house. The building located in the Prague on the Orebická Street, is completely new building of 20 flats and underground parking and ground floor store. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the budget for the technological phase and timeframe. Also discussed are technological regulations concerning plastering, flooring and tiling. The author recommends construction machines, building site planning, storage of materials and safety at work including minimalising the impact on the environment.
