FLUID HANDLING USING THE ABB YUMI PLATFORM
Červenka, Roman ; Parák, Roman (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and create program for laboratory manipulation. The robot will handle beakers. For further presentation of possible usage of ABB YuMi, a program for drink preparation was made. For robot programming, RobotStudio was used, in which was used RAPID programming language. To understand the philosophy of using RobotStudio to program robots, was also one of the goals of this work. At the end the created programs were tested in robotics laboratory and the results of this work were evaluated.
Applications Development for Software Defined Networks
Piska, Vojtěch ; Novotný, Bohumil (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
In this diploma thesis is described new network architecture also known as software defined networks. In first part of work are explained and described tasks of individual architecture layers. Work includes discussion about advantages and disadvantages of these networks. In next part is described OpenFlow protocol which allows to controller communicate with underlying hardware devices. Last part contains proposal of laboratory excercises which demonstrate SDN technology.
The Design of Minimal Bluetooth Stack
Gazda, Martin ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis main aim is to design minimal Bluetooth stack for embedded applications running on an education platform FITkit. This paper contains a theoretical foundation for that work and implementation description. The main section includes Bluetooth protocol stack design and main opportunities which such a design raises.
Artificial aorta for activity demonstration of intraaortal baloon contrapulsation
Bičiště, Jan ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This dissertation work describes design and construction of simulated aorta device intended to demonstrate performance of the intra-aortal balloon catheter (IAB), and to test reaction of the contra-pulsation pump during simulated cardiac output in conditions of tachycardia, bradycardia and arrhythmia. The major part of the device is transparent plastic tube. The pressure pulses (waves) are generated inside this plastic tube to simulate real cardiac output. These pressure pulses are generated by step motor with membrane. The step motor is controlled by programmable control system AMiNi-E. Individual pressure pulses simulate cardiac output in conditions of tachycardia, bradycardia and arrhythmia. Required simulated cardiac output is selected by control switches. Generated pressure pulses are read by pressure sensor and are transferred to the control system of the configuration computer. Read data can be displayed as graphs in program Microsoft Excel. The intra-aortal balloon catheter (IAB) is inserted inside the aorta and is connected with contra-pulsation pump which on pressure pulse is responding.
Laboratory exercise Electronic access control
Krejča, Tomáš ; Hajný, Jan (referee) ; Burda, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part, in theoretical part deals with description Access control systems ACS. The benefits of deploying systems are discussed, your architecture, opportunities for future development in IP sites and power over technology Power over Ethernet. Introduces the use of the interface Wiegand. In text are described individual authentication and identification technology. The largest space is devoted to radiofrequency technology and now unused magnetic and Wiegand cards. Outlined is NFC technology. From biometric technology is described optical method fingerprinting. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the design of laboratory exercise. The supplied components are described in the text. The involvement and description of the options is worked out. The thesis contains the text of the laboratory exercise of electronic access control for students and additional text for teachers. Assembly and connection of the system is in the chapter Technical documentation.
Gas Revision Information System
Piják, Marek ; Grézl, František (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is based around creating Information system for auditors which will be able to create, to template and to archive audit reports. This system will also be able to search through database for all documents related to specific audit report. Furthermore it will provide reverse control of all calculations done in the report and check validity of licences owned by cooperating workers.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for parts assembly
Onderka, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with digital commissionig of a robotic production system for parts assembly. The issue of digital commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a safety of the workplace and description of used grippers. Parts assembly, large series and small series approaches are described in the practical part of the thesis. For digital commissioning was used ABB RobotStudio and small series workplace was commissioned.
Network virtualization - software defined networks
Veselý, Marek ; Krkoš, Radko (referee) ; Novotný, Vít (advisor)
The aim of work is a new trend in network architecture, called Software defined networks. Describes function of controller as the main device, which controlling the whole network. Further the communication between switch and controller is here, which controlling protocol OpenFlow. First chapter gently deal with principe of the VLAN networking. Further it is much more oriented with software defined networks, where the main principe is described. Protocol OpenFlow is described in deatail, as his functions are discussed too. There are also advantages and disadvantages and possibility to use this network in university campus.
Design and realization of MIDI controller keyboard
Dvořáček, Štěpán ; Hrbáček, Radek (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the realization of a specific MIDI controller being able to control a computer simulation of the Hammond organ. Theoretical part consists of a brief introduction to working with audio and MIDI on the computer. Next chapter describes Hammond organ and GSI Vb3 simulation resulting in a selection of the key control elements. Mechanical and electronic solution is described in the following chapters. A functional keyboard controller, which can be utilized in a recording studio or in a live performance was accomplished as a result of this thesis.
Embedded Device for Control of Digital Audio Workstation
Svoboda, Tomáš ; Jaroš, Jiří (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design an architecture of the embedded device that will be used for controlling DAW software in recording studio. First of all, attention is given to a brief summary of the necessary knowledge which is needed to design such kind of device. Af- ter that follows short survey of the existing solutions and description of protocols which can be used for communication with the recording software. Then, subsequent part of the thesis builds upon these foundations and further elaborates the device architecture by me- ans of decomposing it into several modules. In fact, two hardware modules are designed and manufactured, when each of them is conceived on a separate PCB with its own microcon- troller. Then the control firmware has been implemented for each of the modules. At the end of the work an aluminium enclosure, which holds both modules, is designed. The result of this work is a functional prototype of the assembled controller which can be used for the purpose of controlling DAW software.
