Preparation of the implementation of the gross substructure of the service building, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

Preparation of realization of completion of clinical hematology, University Hospital Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.

Technological Solution of a Gross Superstructure of the Apartment Building in Brno

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the construction technological project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in Brno. It is a four-storey building made of bricks with cast-in-place floor structures. The building is roofed with a timber roof truss. The thesis includes a technical report, bill of quantities, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and finally comparing of different ways of concreting.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.

Technological stage of the gross superstructure of the apartment house in Prague - Dablice

The work adresses the technological stage of the gross superstructure of the apartment house in Prague – Dablice. The house consist of reinforced concrete structure on the ground floor, three other floors in a brick form of pramic blocks Porotherm, ceilings above the second and third floor are composed of Spiroll prefabricated ceiling panel and roof structure is made up of gang nail trusses, thanks to this composition of house, it was necessary to address how to storage materials on the site, and also the arrival, departure and parking of vehicles. Technological regulativ is focused on concreting of the reinforced concrete monolithic framework.
