Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na stavebno-technologickú etapu vrchnej stavby bytového domu v Karlových Varoch. Hlavným cieľom je navrhnúť optimálne postupy a technológie pre výstavbu vrchnej stavby, ktorá zahŕňa monolitické železobetónové konštrukcie, výplňové murivo a ďalšie súvisiace práce. V práci sú podrobne opísané technologické postupy, ako je debnenie, viazanie výstuže, betonáž a ošetrovanie betónových konštrukcií, ako aj organizačné aspekty stavby vrátane zabezpečenia materiálov, skladovania a hygienického zázemia pre pracovníkov. Analýza sa zameriava na ekonomické porovnanie rôznych variantov technologických postupov a ich vplyv na časový a finančný harmonogram projektu. Výsledkom je odporúčanie najefektívnejšej varianty výstavby, ktorá spĺňa požiadavky na kvalitu, bezpečnosť a ekonomickú efektívnosť. This bachelor thesis focuses on the construction technology stage of the superstructure of an apartment building in Karlovy Vary. The main objective is to design optimal procedures and technologies for the construction of the superstructure, which includes monolithic reinforced concrete structures, infill masonry, and related works. The thesis provides detailed descriptions of technological processes such as formwork, rebar tying, concreting, and curing of concrete structures, as well as organizational aspects of the construction including material supply, storage, and sanitary facilities for workers. The analysis focuses on the economic comparison of different technological process variants and their impact on the project’s time and financial schedule. The result is a recommendation of the most efficient construction variant that meets the requirements for quality, safety, and economic efficiency.
