Analysis of corporate training system and development of managers

The topic of this thesis is the analysis of corporate training and development of managers. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part there is defined corporate training and its importance for companies. Then, the theory describes the system of corporate training and its phases, namely the identification of needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of education. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical section that discusses the system of training and development of managers in a particular company, which is analyzed using a questionnaire survey, which was answered by employees of the company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the educational activities of the company and identify its strengths and weaknesses, and suggest how the educational system could be improved.
Analysis of the education system in the company PETROF

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse the education system in the company PETROF. A theoretical part of the thesis defines the key concepts from the area of corporate education, specifies its objectives, individual phases, methods and current trends. The first part is followed up by a practical part that contains a brief introduction of the company PETROF as well as an analysis of the company's education system. In addition to that, this part of the thesis also highlights the difficulties in finding qualified employees for principal positions in the area of manufacture of musical instruments and the sources from which it is possible to get such employees. The importance of employee education on a long-term basis due to highly specific work positions is also pointed out in this part. Based on the complex analysis carried out, the strengths and weaknesses of the company's current education system have been identified and recommendations to make the system more effective have been suggested.
Learning and development of managers in corporation

Bachelor thesis is focused on system of corporate learning of employees. The topic is learning and development of managers in McDonald's company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of learning and development in analysed corporation. Next step is to identify strengths and weaknesses of that system and to suggest steps which would improve identified weaknesses. Theoretical part is dedicated to corporate learning. There are explained key terms connected with manager's learning and development. Analytical part is divided in two sections. First one is based on situation analysis of system of learning and development in company. Results of the survey which was carried out among managers of the company are analysed in the second part. Strengths and weaknesses were identified and improving measures were suggested based on those analyses. Which mean that the aim of bachelor thesis was fulfilled.

This Bachelor thesis is concerned with the analysis of the learning and development system in organization in the firm ALS Czech Republic s.r.o. The aim of this work is to evaluate the educational system of this society, to identify his strengths and weaknesses and to propose possible improvements of the system. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part includes introduction to the topic. First, corporate education and staff development are defined, further work is focused on the steps of the educational process, such as identification of needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational process. The theoretical part is followed by an analytical section that deals with the analysis of the education system in the company.
Evaluating the effectiveness of educational program focused on business skills in an international company

The thesis deals with the human resources development and education of employees in an international company, preparation and conduct of a particular educational program and especially its evaluation. Thesis consists of theoretical, methodological and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the benefits of employees' training for the company. It shows the system of business education and his creation. Furthermore, it analyzes all 4 phases of development of the educational system and concentrates mainly on the last stage of the system, the evaluation. Evaluating the effectiveness of education in the company can be accomplished by using a variety of methods. These are the supporting points for the analytical part and the actual evaluation. Methodological section describes the methods which were used for research, the survey sample and data collection. Moreover, the hypotheses are set here. Their validity is verified by analyzing outcomes of the investigation at the end of the thesis. The practical part introduces Komerční banka a.s. as a company and the Human resources department as a major creative element of educational system in the organization. It gives an idea of the process of creating specific training in the KB, its progress and participant's feed-back on it. In the analytical part, here comes the rare evaluation of outputs gained from mystery shopping method and on-line questionnaire. Based on the previous results, the validity of hypotheses is determined and positive and negative aspects of the educational events identified. Following stand the recommendations and suggestions raised by the author.

This diploma thesis focuses on corporate education. It concerns a company providing media planning which wished to remain anonymous. The thesis observes an education system of this company from two perspectives -- the company point of view as well as the employee point of view. The main aspects and weaknesses are pointed out. Based on these facts recommendations that would lead to a systematic approach improving effectiveness of corporate education are given.

The thesis looks at education and staff development as one of the main areas of human resources in a modern company. Through analysis of the corporate education system in company XY the thesis highlights the benefits that the company gets with the right way of organization of training activities in relation to job performance. The theoretical part provides the basic terminology and the various processes pertaining to the issue of corporate education. This includes education policy formulation, identification of needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of the whole system. The practical part contains an analysis of the corporate education system in company XY. This system is then evaluated from two perspectives -- organizational and employee. Based on this assessment, optimization proposals are made.
