Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat vzdělávací systém firmy ATRIUM, s. r. o., jeho efektivitu a vliv na systém hodnocení, mzdový systém a oblast kariéry a rozvoje. Tato práce pak dále analyzuje silné a slabé stránky tohoto systému a je doplněna o návrhy na zlepšení. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the educational system in ATRIUM, s. r. o., its effectiveness and its influence on the assessment system, the wage-payment system and the sphere of career and development. Furthermore, this thesis analyzes the strenghts and weaknessess of this system and it is amended with some improvement concepts.
