Wireless dalalogger
Linek, Tomáš ; Burian, František (referee) ; Kunz, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a wireless datalogger. It includes a detailed description of the issues related to wireless transmission using LoRa technology, which was utilized in the implementation. Furthermore, the design of the entire device, consisting of a central logging unit and sensor units, is described. The thesis also covers the hardware and software equipment of the wireless datalogger, including a user desktop application. The outcome of the work is the construction of a functional datalogger enabling the logging of temperature and humidity from wireless sensor modules and measurement of its parameters.
Multipurpose IoT unit for wireless current measurement in HV networks.
Haluška, Daniel ; Kuchař, Karel (referee) ; Rusz, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a system consisting of a local unit and sensors that enable wireless current measurement in power lines. The introduction focuses on the exploration and detailed analysis of wireless technologies, their properties, parameters, and application possibilities for the proposed system. Furthermore, the thesis examines time synchronization methods to achieve coordinated current measurement across different phases of the power lines. The result of the thesis is a developed device model, its circuit design, software solution, and mechanical construction. A significant part of the work is dedicated to the implementation of the system's software solution and communication based on the ESP-NOW protocol.
Monitoring the living environment in the house
Dlugoš, Daniel ; Ježek, Michal (referee) ; Staněk, Kamil (advisor)
This work, tries to create a small, rechargeable and portable device that senses temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, dust particles, carbon dioxide and VOC concentration. The air quality monitor can reliably measure the physical quantities encountered in every indoor environment, evaluate them and display them to the user. The sensors, data storage module and OLED display are housed on a custom-made PCB board.
Datalogger with Ethernet
Orávik, Tomáš ; Šťastný, Ladislav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
Thesis deals with Datalogger with Ethernet interface controlled by DISCOVERY Kit STM32F429. Datalogger is equipped with eight digital inputs and three analogue inputs. The measured data are saved on the SD card. The Ethernet interface module is designed using LAN8720A from Microchip.
Datalogger of environmental values
Raichl, Petr ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis is aimed on construction of solar panel powered datalogger of environmental values. The thesis begins by research of commercial dataloggers. Then the concept of datalogger was created. Then the electronics of datalogger was designed. Datalogger is built as a system driven by microcontroller. The microcontroller reads data from sensors, writes data to memory card and sends data to Czech radiocommunications cloud by LoRa technology. Then the data are resend to MySQL database. Program for microcontroller was made in C language. Configuration of datalogger is done through USB interface by PC application which was created in C# language. For visualisation of measured data ASP.NET Core application was created.
Datalogger with MSP430 microcontroller and SD memory card
Váša, Tomáš ; Beneš, Petr (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of battery datalogger with microcontroller MSP430. At first are described several types of dataloggers. The rest of this thesis gives attention to main goal which is design of datalogger. It consists of circuit diagram, layout of printed circuit board, firmware for microcomputer
Recorder with SD card
Dohnal, Petr ; Fiedler, Petr (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis presents the design and construction of Recorder with SD card. The paper deals with methods of communication between integrated circuit devices and the various functional blocks of equipment. Thesis also discusses the use of the FAT system for storing data on an SD card, file format .wav and convert analog signal to digital.
Automatic control of aquarium dedicated to simulation of the conditions in rain forest
Petrucha, Martin ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (referee) ; Petržela, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with designing complete equipment of paludarium. Selection of individual components to simulate jungle conditions and automate the process of maintaining the forest conditions in a closed environment. All components of the project will be automatically controlled to maintain a user-set conditions inside paludariums. The measured data will be stored on the SD card.
Data logger
Dráb, Dominik ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Ctibor, Jiří (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with design of universal data logging device. The work proposes the design of device architecture and describes individual systems and components, that are necessary for data logging. Logger is designed as a mobile device, with ARM microcontroller at its core. Thesis specifies requirements for device in terms of performance and versatility. The device uses modular construction, as it comprises multiple PCBs. The thesis describes their design and also design of the mechanical construction of data logger. Designed device has been realized and assembled. Software design for microcontroller is also part of the thesis. In the last part, measurements to determine achieved parameters of the device are conducted.
Datalogger with parallel data logging
Havlena, Marek ; Minář, Petr (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the design and implementation of the Datalogger module, which stores data in two different memory storages. First memory storage is solved by using an SD card and the second is the internal EEPROM memory of the microcontroller. It also deals with data synchronization between these memory storages. Communication between the cards is through the SPI bus and communication with the module is provided by a serial interface designed by USB transmitter (UART).
