Hruškovská, Magdaléna
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify factors affecting unemployment rate in France. Finding and description of such factors are based on theoretical and empirical studies dealing with influences in general and in relation to individual world economies as well, including the French one. For better understanding of the factors, the French labour market is also characterized by long-term trends. In order to fulfill the given objective, a multidimensional regression model was used. The results indicate that the unemployment rate and the long-term unemployment rate are influenced by the amount of minimum wage, trade union density, active labour market policy, gross domestic product growth and the output gap. Their impact on the unemployment rate is then compared to the results of empirical studies and theories. In conclusion, the issue is expanded by a brief insight into France's regional unemployment disparities, and recommendations for bearers of economic policy are proposed, according to the results of the entire work.

The present work relates to the transfer of the inspirational elements used in St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague focusing on the hanging bolts in the sacristy of the cathedral. Two architects, Matthias of Arras and Peter Parler, participated in the construction of St. Vitus Cathedral in the 14th. Through thorough research of the life of Matthias of Arras I am able to describe this builder as a unique personality who used a bold modern style for the construction of Prague cathedral and laid the foundation for cathedral architecture in Bohemia. Subsequent analysis of selected buildings constructed in the south of France during the 13th. and the first half of the 14th. centuries reveals many features which exhibit common characteristics with elements used on St. Vitus Cathedral, thus indicating the sources of inspiration for Prague cathedral. Lyon is the third largest centre of immigration in France. In recent years, the number of refugee arrivals has increased, especially after the migration crisis in 2015 and 2016. The refugee integration process has therefore become a major social and political issue. This thesis will focus on how the refugee integration process is carried out in Lyon. The thesis is a descriptive case study and draws mainly on primary sources, interviews with staff of organisations operating in the region who offer insights into practice, as well as the annual reports of individual organisations and French law. It uses a theoretical division of integration into three dimensions, the politico-legal, socio-economic and cultural dimensions. The paper describes the degree of integration in these three dimensions within the administrative refugee phases. It thus divides the process, due to the different rights of refugees and the different degree of involvement of the French state in the integration process in these administrative phases. The phases are the unregistered refugee phase, the asylum seeker phase and the refugee with the asylum status. In Lyon, the greatest emphasis is on integration in the asylum seeker phase, in which the official integration programme of the French state operates, through the CIR...
