Servo-drive control by Zedboard platform
Kozumplík, Miroslav ; Bartík, Ondřej (referee) ; Veselý, Libor (advisor)
The Master`s thesis deals with the creation and implementation of a servo drive control using the Zedboard platform. The aim of the thesis is to describe the method of Field-Oriented Control of synchronous motor with permanent magnets. The FOC algorithm is implemented by using an automatic IP Core generation for the FPGA in the Zynq-7000 SoC. A printed circuit board is designed to interface the Zedboard platform with a real PMSM servo drive. The designed PCB contains a two-level voltage invertor composed of MOSFET transistors, Hall probes for measuring the current through the motor phases and other elements necessary for the control and feedback of the PMSM motor controlled by FOC and SVPWM algorithm.
LoraWAN gateway for sensor network
Rehberger, Marek ; Juráň, Radovan (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the design and implementation of a communication gateway for IoT technology, specifically LoRa / LoraWAN technology. In the practical part, the circuit diagram was developed and the circuit board was constructed in the Fusion360 program, and the software part was created for communication and data collection between the sensor part and the MQTT server.
Universal Tester for Verifying Industrial Internet of Things Communication Modules
Fabulec, Martin ; Paluřík, Pavel (referee) ; Mašek, Pavel (advisor)
The Master thesis is devoted to the verification of a platform for testing communication modules in the context of the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT). The aim is to provide an indepth analysis and comparison of modern Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) and (LTECat-M), and determine their use in different IoT scenarios. Their commonalities are described as well as different parameters. The work includes a detailed investigation and evaluation of the available communnification modules, where the main focus is on their key parameters and differences. The thesis also focuses on the practical aspects of implementing and testing these technologies, the design of the BC660K-GL module and its subsequent functional verification. After functional verification, it was subjected to measurements focused on radio boundary conditions. The thesis opens the door to a better understanding and use of IoT technologies in industry and explores the challenges and opportunities presented by their rapid development.
Electrochemical Migration of Flux Residues and Sirface Insulation Resistance Changes
Hájka, Jan ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with electrochemical migration on printed circuit boards induced by flux residues. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theory related to electromigration is discussed and the mechanisms of each type are described. The theory of fluxes is elaborated, focusing on the VOC-free fluxes Pacific 2009 mlf and Kester 979 T. In the practical part, the fabrication of test PCBs is described and the reproducibility of the fabrication process is observed. Furthermore, a methodology for testing the effect of flux residues on the surface insulation resistance according to the relevant standard is proposed. The proposed methodology is applied to compare the above mentioned fluxes and surface treatments.
Design of a device for measuring the electrical resistance of soldered joints during fatigue tests
Kopřiva, Pavel ; Tomíček, Pavel (referee) ; Otáhal, Alexandr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of device capable of measuring electrical resistance of solder joints during fatigue testing. The theoretical part contains a list of fatigue tests as well as various principles by which the device can be created. The practical part then describes the proposed solution for this device, its construction and testing.
DMX 512 protocol analyzer for personal computer
Vahalík, Jiří ; Sysel, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a DMX converter for a personal computer. The theoretical part summarizes the DMX, RDM and Art-Net protocols and other commonly used communication protocols used by microcontrollers. In the practical part, a device circuit is fabricated, which is subsequently processed as a printed circuit board. In the last part of the thesis, programs are designed to ensure the functionality of the whole converter.
Creation of Documentation for construction of power and data wiring for a historical and a listed building
Nestrojil, Martin ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This thesis is describing DPS power and data circuits installations for a historical listed building. Firstly, the theory describes requirements for architects and designs, the types of designs, the laws and directives. This part also contains instructions on how to lay the circuits, how to create environmental report and other topics closely related to design and architecture. Secondly, there is description of the design of the power and data installations for the building. The third practical section contains full project design documentation for power and data circuits for this building including technical drawing, environmental report, ground plans of the building, drawings of switchboards and block drawings. The outcome of this report is to present the theory and then create all relevant documentation for this historical building.
Realization of electronic laboratory model for practical education of signal processing and identification methods
Gamba, Jaromír ; Bastl, Michal (referee) ; Brablc, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of electronic laboratory model for teaching mechatronic subjects. The main part of the model consists of a RLC-circuit embedded in PCB. Other parts of PCB and data acquisition card mediate communication with Matlab environment. In the thesis the progress of design process, simulation, manufacture and model testing is described. The results are functioning educational model and several educational tasks, for which the solution are presented.
Technology of Hole Plating Process in Laboratory PCB Production
Holík, Milan ; Kahle, Petr (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
Target of this work is check a laboratory method of plated-through hole openings on printed boards circuits, making use techniques know like SHADOW process. It is use solution conductive colloid graphite to conduct walls of holes and enable galvanic electroplated cuppers to holes walls.
Electronic game Logic
Zemanová, Renata ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and manufacture an Electronic game Logic. This electronic game should look like the board game and also respect the game’s rules. The electronic game is designed as one PCB that contains control electronics and play units. The functional PCB containing all electronics was manufactured. The game was programmed, and the final version was placed in a designed case. The Electronic game Logic also allows the player to set game mode options.
