Oxygen Precipitation in CZ Si Wafers after High Temperature
Meduňa, M. ; Caha, O. ; Kuběna, J. ; Kuběna, A. ; Svoboda, Milan ; Buršík, Jiří
In this work we study two stage and three stage annealing processes with application of Tabula rasa. The evolution of precipitates at various phases during annealing process for various temperatures was obtained from series of experimental techniques.
X-ray scattering study of oxide precipitates in Cz-Si
Caha, O. ; Meduňa, M. ; Bernatová, S. ; Růžička, J. ; Mikulík, P. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Svoboda, Milan ; Bernstorff, S.
Two x-ray diffraction methods were used for characterization of the oxide precipitates in Czochralski silicon series of samples. The maping of the diffuse scattering around reciprocal lattice point in Bragg geometry and the simultaneous measurement of the diffracted and transmitted beam intensity in the Laue diffraction geometry.
Measurement of scattering properties of ultrathin glass mirrors
Mandát, Dušan ; Pech, Miroslav ; Palatka, Miroslav ; Nožka, Libor ; Nováková, P. ; Hrabovský, M. ; Schovánek, Petr
Following text deals with results of light scattering measurement of glass mirrors using the optical instrument CASI owned by Joint Lab- oratory of Optics (JLO) of the Palacky University and the Institute of Physics of Academy of Science of the Czech Republic. JLO pro- duces the large-area ultrathin mirros which are used in fluorescence detectores (FD).
Near UV filter optical properties
Palatka, Miroslav ; Mandát, Dušan ; Pech, Miroslav ; Nožka, Libor ; Nováková, P. ; Marek, M. ; Hrabovský, M. ; Schovánek, Petr
Following text notice results of measurement of optical properties of the M-UG6 filter used in fluorescence telescopes (FD). We use op- tical instruments owned by Joint Laboratory of Optics of the Palacky University and the Institute of Physics of Academy of Science of the Czech Republic.
Spectroscopic method for the laser welding quality control
Chmelíčková, Hana ; Lapšanská, Hana ; Nožka, Libor
Laser welding is a modern and flexible method of the material joining. Because many parameters are insolved in this process, some defects can occur. Research of the on-line weld quality control is curried out all over the technical world to reach nearly zero defect production to save manufacture costs and environment.
Laser scanning confocal microscopy for 3D surface mapping
Lapšanská, Hana ; Schovánek, Petr
This contribution introduces a modern microscopic method and shows possible measurements and analysis of wire saw machined glass pieces. The main objective of realized measurements is to identify possible defects and its depth to propose eventual additional treatment. We are looking for the optimal technological procedure of grooved glass stick-on supports preparation. Such supports are used for the very thin accurate optical components production which is executed in our workshops and laboratories. Surface quality of the support significantly influences the quality of produced optical components.
FEM simulation of thermal differences in semi finished glass pieces during the cooling
Havelková, Martina ; Schovánek, Petr
Semi finished glass pieces are moulded in the furnace to template forms not only to fit their shape but also to reduce internal stresses. Thermal differences are unwanted and have to be minimized in the cooling procedure of the glass pieces. Simulations of various types and sizes of shaping forms and complex model cooling were accomplished. The aim of these simulations was to optimise geometric parameters, clamping conditions and material of the form, so that thermal differences at glass are minimized during the cooling.
Silicon monocrystal wafers ground with various abrasive materials
Havelková, Martina ; Hiklová, Helena
The paper describes measuring of silicon wafers surface. Row of samples were made for different purposes in Themis (Rožnov pod Radhoštěm). The measuring were done with Form Talysurf Series 2 apparatus and the dependence on different conditions of cutting and grinding were monitored.
2D and 3D mapping of solid surfaces using Form Talysurf Series 2 device
Hiklová, Helena
Report deals briefly advantages and disadvantages of contact surface mapping. Despite of some disadvantages this way of exploring has its irreplaceable position in technical practice and research respectively.
