	The efficient approaches for enzymatic digestion of plant proteins Dyčka, Filip ; Bobáľ, P. ; Bobálová, Janette In this work the fast and efficient methods applying ultrasound and infrared radiation were employed for in-gel digestion of proteins extracted from Hordeum vulgare. These techniques can be used instead of time consuming conventional protocol prior mass spectrometry analysis.
