The diploma thesis focuses on the selected company and its intention to enter a foreign market. The primary objective was to evaluate the company's preparedness and subsequently propose a strategy for the foreign market entry. The theoretical background covers topics such as internationalization, strategic analysis, and risk assessment. The second part analyses the company and the foreign country’s profile, supported by primary and secondary market research, to assess the company’s readiness for expansion. The third section presents the proposal for entering the foreign market, along with a risk assessment.

The bachelor thesis deals with designing a financial plan for the establishment of a mobile coffee stand with little Dutch pancakes in Zelný trh, Brno. The theoretical background part covers basic concepts of the financial plan, a guide for the financial plan formation, financial analysis, and other financial plan related areas. The analytical part includes introduction of the business idea, primary and secondary market research, competition analysis, identification of the start-up costs, and foundation for the sales projections. The aim of the analytical part is to identify inputs on the financial plan design process. The design part presents the financial plan proposals which is subsequently analysed and evaluated. The aim of the design part is to primarily determine whether the business idea is worth pursuing.
