This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of GPS in the automotive industry with a focus on unmanned vehicles. The aim was mainly to approach the GPS system but also other temporary systems, and to describe and characterize autonomous vehicles and all the hardware and software they use. The first half of the work characterizes the GPS in great detail so that the reader gets to know how the navigation system works. In the second part of this work, the reader will learn about autonomous vehicles, to which levels we divide them and which systems are used. Reader will also learn the advantages and disadvantages of these vehicles, the main differences between today's cars and autonomous cars. At the end of this work is intelligent transport and its benefits, but also a insight into the future of transport and vehicles.

Tato diplomová práce je sepsána za účelem sestavení podnikatelského záměru na vytvoření nového poradenského centra stavební společnosti NOSTA s. r. o. Pro vypracování byly použity odborné metody, které důkladně analyzují současný stav a zároveň poukazují na nové možnosti pro zlepšení výkonnosti podniku. Návrhová část popisuje nový produkt a postupy jeho uvedení na trh. Vyhodnocena je také ekonomická efektivnost.

Analýza trhu nástrojů pro řízení výkonnosti podniku

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu nástrojů pro řízení výkonnosti podniku, které jsou označovány termínem Corporate Performance Management (dále CPM) a jejich implementaci. Analyzovány budou nástroje společností s vedoucím postavením na trhu. Vodítkem k určení této množiny je průzkum trhu společnosti Gartner. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je sestavit sadu doporučení, jakým způsobem řešení CPM implementovat. Určit kritické faktory úspěchu. Dílčím cílem, který pomáhá jako vodítko stanovení implementačních fází je srovnání nástrojů vedoucích společností na trhu v oblasti CPM. Cílů práce bude dosaženo pomocí deskripce teoretického konceptu a analýzou vybraných nástrojů, komparací portfolií nástrojů vybraných společností z hlediska komplexnosti konceptu v srovnání s teoretickým základem, technického řešení a stupně vnější a vnitřní integrace. Deskripce teoretického konceptu a analýza portfolií nástrojů CPM slouží v této diplomové práci jako východisko pro určení správného postupu implementace. Doporučený postup implementace a identifikace kritických faktorů úspěchu jsou vlastním příspěvkem autorky práce k řešenému tématu. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje úvod, metody sběru dat a popis teoretického konceptu CPM. Analytická část práce se dělí na dvě hlavní kapitoly, kterými jsou Analýza trhu a Zavedení řešení CPM. Práce je zakončena shrnutím závěrů a námětem pro rozvoj tématu diplomové práce.

Finanční konsolidace pomocí nástroje ORACLE Hyperion Financial Management

V důsledku rostoucích požadavků na transparentní způsob finančního výkaznictví a optimalizaci provozních nákladů jsem se rozhodl srozumitelným způsobem představit nástroj pro tvorbu a analýzu konsolidovaných účetních závěrek Oracle Hyperion Financial Management a demonstrovat sestavení konsolidované účetní závěrky podle standardů IFRS a CAS. Součástí práce je v prvé řadě teoretické pojednání o metodách a principech sestavování konsolidované účetní závěrky. Je zde kladen důraz na vysvětlení všech pojmů a zařazení jednotlivých kroků do souvislostí. Kromě teoretického pojednání je v práci představen nástroj Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, na kterém jsou demonstrovány postupy sestavování konsolidované účetní závěrky. Jedná se o nástroj, který je schopen poskytovat aktuální a přesné informace o finanční situaci holdingu pro všechny potřebné účely. V práci je demonstrován příklad postupu přidání hlavní knihy dceřiné společnosti do konsolidovaného účetnictví, který obsahuje popis synchronizace syntetických účtů s účty definované v systému, eliminace vnitropodnikových transakcí, převod cizích měn, kontrolu datové konzistence, finální tvorbu požadovaných výkazů a analýzu výsledků dle definovaných dimenzí. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení přínosnosti pro potenciálního zákazníka. Práce vznikla za spolupráce se společností Neit Consulting a Oracle Česká Republika.
