The Proposal for Implementation of the BSC Method under the Conditions of the Company ČD

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of performance in the company ČD, a.s. by using the Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part of thesis describes the Balanced Scorecard concept and the process for its implementation. The next part of thesis evaluates the current situation of the company by using selected analytical methods. Based on the results of analysis is created a proposal for implementation of the BSC method for the analysed company. The final part of thesis summarizes possible risks and expected benefits of this concept.

Konkurence v osobní železniční dopravě

Železniční doprava se v posledních letech rozvíjí i do soukromého sektoru, na trh vstupují soukromí dopravci. Tato bakalářská práce má za úkol analyzovat současnou situaci na trhu osobní železniční dopravy, zvážit možná úskalí při plánovaném otevírání trhu a nastínit, jaký bude předpokládaný vývoj situace na trhu. V závěru práce shrnuji poznatky plynoucí z analýzy a navrhuji možná řešení budoucí situace na železničním trhu České republiky.

Balanced Scorecard v podniku České dráhy, a. s.

Práce pojednává o metodě Balanced Scorecard, sloužící používané k tvorbě, implementaci a kontrole firemní strategie. Tuto metodu jednak teoreticky popisuje, jednak se zabývá možnostmi aplikace této metody v podniku České dráhy, a. s. Součástí práce je i důkladná analýza podniku, hodnocení jeho vztahů se státními orgány a odhad jeho dalšího vývoje.
