Project of loader crane
Stoklasa, Jaroslav ; Řezníček, Milan (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelors thesis focuses on a project of a loading crane for mobile devices. Its goals are material strength calculations, drawing documentation, drawing of a hydraulic circuit, 2D assembly and partial production sheets. The loading crane maximum carrying capacity is 1500 kg and enables horizontal and vertical rotation of the crane-arm.
The role of boron oxide in oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons
Stoklasa, Jan ; Rubeš, Miroslav (advisor) ; Grajciar, Lukáš (referee)
Hexagonal boron nitride appears to be a suitable catalyst for the oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons. With its high selectivity towards alkenes and low production of carbon monoxide and dioxide, this catalyst emerges as an ideal candidate for this process. Literature references indicates that a radical mechanism seems probable, as evidenced by the dependence on the reactor shape and catalytic volume. The exact mechanism is still under investigation, and the focus of this study is to describe the initial steps of the reaction and investigate poorly defined boron oxide (BOx) species. It has been found that during the reaction of the catalyst surface model with the O2H radical, two types of complexes are observed - dispersive and covalently bound. By monitoring the interaction energies, it was discovered that both types are energetically very close to each other, with a low barrier for transition between them. When the surface interacts with the propyl radical, only dispersive complexes were observed.
Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant modernization action in order to increase the performance and safety of the nuclear facility
Stoklasa, Jakub ; Lisý, Martin (referee) ; Milčák, Pavel (advisor)
During the creation of the bachelor's thesis, the main emphasis was placed on the modernization of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. In order to make the importance of modernization obvious, the thesis also contains a description of the main technologies and the affected technological units. The individual realizations that took place at the facility ensured an increase in the performance of the modernized nuclear blocks and also a higher safety of the nuclear facility. The work also analyzes the current state of the energy sector, the main trends and drivers that are shaping the sector now. The evaluation of the current state of the nuclear energy sector, technologies and possible directions in which nuclear energy can go in the future takes its place in the work.
Disposal of Radioactively Contaminated Ion Exchangers by Molten Salt Oxidation – Preliminary Results of the Project.
Pohořelý, Michael ; Šyc, Michal ; Stanovský, Petr ; Stoklasa, J. ; Karásková Nenadálová, L. ; Pražák, P. ; Svoboda, Š. ; Grič, L. ; Fabián, P.
In the contribution, there are summarized significant fuel-energy properties of selected ion exchangers (Purolit A-400 MB OH a Purolit C-100 H) and important properties of suitable melts for process MSO.

Processes of planning investments and depreciation/ amortization in financial plan
Plašil, Radek ; Hlaváč, Jiří (advisor) ; Stoklasa, Jan (referee)
The final paper Processes of planning investments and depreciation/ amortization in financial plan will be focused on seeking to describe the most important processes, stages and relations in planning of investments. The investments will dominate because of the fact that the depreciation and amortization are determined by real investment decisions. According to this, depreciation and amortization only illustrate the investment decision which has been already made by the company before. The main target is to compare the differences and relations between financial planning for the purposes of the company and the business valuation. At the beginning are defined two different points of view which are called the macroeconomic and microeconomic view. After that separated financial plans will be mentioned from the view of their users depending on their requirements. The main part will not be based only on the investments in companies, different stages and related tasks but also on the financial view and coordination between all the processes which is very important to succeed. The last part will be written in a co-operation with producing company. It should sum the theoretical part up and emphasize it on the real project.
Factors influencing the financial situation of Ph.D. students in the Czech Republic
Zahradníčková, Jana ; Vltavská, Kristýna (advisor) ; Stoklasa, Jan (referee)
Ph.D. students are an integral part of the tertiary education system. Encouragement for doctoral programs and their students is very important because they are the ones who will participate in research projects in the future and they will contribute to society as a whole. The majority of scholarships for Ph.D. students comes from public sources. An important question to be asked is whether the scholarships are sufficient to finance Ph.D. studies and whether there are differences in the amount depending on gender, field of study or region. This thesis aims to answer these questions by applying statistical methods to the results of the survey DOKTORANDI 2014.
Reactions into ceramics with minor amount of carbon
Stoklasa, Jaroslav
Solutions to problems of present relatively unimportant amount of ingredients of organic substances into ceramics are treated.
Burning-out process of organic materials from green ceramic body
Stoklasa, Jaroslav
Burning-out processes inside of ceramic body between very small quantity of burning-out substance and vast one are compared. Black cores formation is discused.
Advanced technical ceramics and burning-out
Stoklasa, Jaroslav
Separation of advanced technical ceramics from classical ceramics is discussed. Directions of this branch are presented by the example of the burning-out process.
