The Position of Chaplains and Their Work Conditions in Health Care Facilities

The thesis called The position of chaplains and their work conditions in health care facilities deals with the issue of spiritual care in health care facilities. It describes in detail the providers of this service D hospital chaplains D and their position and work position in hospitals. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter deals with the spiritual care in a general way, describes the personality of chaplains and outlines health care facilities situation. The second part mentions qualification requirements of hospital chaplains and describes the system of education both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The third chapter focuses on the position of hospital chaplains, the conditions of their work in hospitals and compares the situation in the Czech Republic with the one abroad. The following part describes a so called multidisciplinary hospital team and its course of cooperation. Part five deals with religious discussion and the most frequent patient topics encountered by hospital chaplains. Achievement motivation and time perspective pupil

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the concept of time perspective and partly on the concept of achievement motivation of primary school students. The entire text is structured into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The emphasis is mainly put on the practical part and related research. The first part aims at the theoretical concept of achievement motivation and time perspective. The description of the concept of achievement motivation defines the achievement motivation as such, reveals its sources, differentiates between its particular types, presents theoretical assumptions maily set by Atkinson, Heckhausen and shows the diagnostic methods by which it is assessed. The second phenomenon is the time perspective to which the major attention is paid. The description of the time perspective applies the knowledge of the time perception and of the impact of the time perspective on the behaviour and presents Gjemse's concept of the orientation to future. The crucial person for this thesis is the French specialist Joseph Nuttin who deeply analyses the personality-motivational concept of time perspective theory. Time perspective and achievement motivation of high school students

The diploma thesis deals with relation of students to the future, connections between time perspective and achievement motivation and possibilities of diagnostic strategies of researched areas. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - practical and theoretical one. Emphasis is given on practical part. Theoretical part looks into scientific solutions of time perspective by way of cognitive and personality concepts of motivation (Nuttina, Zimbarda, Pavelková work). I minutely deal with relation between time perspective and achievement motivation which is presented within theoretical approaches of Atkinson, Raynor, Heckhasen. Theoretical part deals with theoretical conception of achievement motivation (in order to deep insight to these issues) as well as it deals with diagnostic approaches and methods of time perspective and achievement motivation. Practical part presents research which took place in period from March to May 2013 in Vysočina region and was focused on high school students. Issue of aphasia diagnostics in czech and foreign literature

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of diagnosis of phatic disorders. The aim of this work is to provide insight into the topic of phatic disorders, especially by introducing diagnostic tests that are used in the Czech Republic and some available materials that are used in English- speaking countries. Individual diagnostic tests are processed on the basis of an analysis of professional literature in Czech and English. The diploma thesis is theoretical and is divided into four parts. The first chapter describes the impaired communication ability, aphasia in terms of definition, etiology, symptomatology and classification approaches. The second chapter presents diagnostic methods created and used in the Czech environment, which differ depending on the theoretical basis of individual experts, respectively. authors of test methods.
