Design of Lifting Mechanism of Crane

This bachelor thesis deals with design and calculation of the basic parts of lifting mechanism of double girder bridge crane. First part of thesis contains concept of solution. The second one is engaged in own design of individual components and their calculation. Third part contains strength calculation of cable drum.
Frame for elevator machine

The diploma thesis deals with replacement of frame for elevator machine. Original frame was made from metallurgic profile and was replaced by bending sheet metal. The thesis contains strength analysis and calculation of original construction solution as well as the new one. Strength calculation was done in program I-DEAS for two load sets: full load in regular operation and immediate cessation of elevator machine in full speed.
Development of aircraft systems

The bachelor thesis with the name „Development of aircraft systems“ deals with development of flight control, electrical, hydraulic and fuel systems of aircraft type CS-23 and CS-25. The thesis is divided into particular chapters; each one concerns with description of particular system. The development is always mentioned at the beginning of each chapter and the rest is dedicated to basic description. There are mentioned the latest trends in flying control of the aircraft and a description of gradual transition into concepts More Electric Aircraft and More Electric Engine in the end of the thesis. The very end is comprised of comparison of aircrafts according to the aircraft systems they use.

This diploma thesis describes the design of composite structures rudder NG aircraft L410 based on the present Dural-weave construction. According to FAR 23 and circulars certification process is designed composite primary structure of the aircraft. It proposes the construction of a new rudder and selected materials design of a track composite materials. Program MSC Patran is this structure developed FEM model and using Nastran software Compost and the strength check.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a business strategy of a family company in the area of dog and cat pet food, which will increase the competitiveness and profitability of the company. The thesis is divided into literary research, analytical part and proposal part. The literary research describes the issue of strategic management. Within the analytical part, there are composed of internal and external analyses, based on which a summary SWOT matrix is elaborated. The proposal part draws on the previous section and contains a strategy proposal that should lead to the fulfilment of set goals and the company should continue to be able to operate successfully on the market in the long term. The last part contains a discussion and conclusion.
