Once upon a time - Images of the unknown

Master's thesis applies theme unknown landscape. The theoretical part is devoted to concept landscape, which is viewed from different perspectives in the work; from defining the landscape as a generic term through subjective perception to the possibility of its use as an imaginative space. The research part describes field research, which deals with issues of different interpretations of landscape perception by children of younger school age. Within the framework of the didactic part are presented the tasks in which the theme of an unknown country is reflected in various forms and are designed for art lessons in elementary schools. Finally practic part of my work comes out from theme unknown countryside and I try to express my own artistic expression. Social Media Marketing of Czech Mobile Operators

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the possibility of presentation of the company in an environment of social media with a focus on Twitter, to determine whether the presence of the company in this environment can affect (positively) brand perception and finally to recommend how the company should communicate on Twitter. The theoretical part describes definitions and the basic principles of social media and social media marketing based on the knowledge gained from literature, surveys and statistics. In the practical part, the mentions of the brand are quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed, the long-term trend is then compared with the specific campaign. All this is complemented by a questionnaire survey, which aims to determine whether and how people communicate with brands via social media. The findings of this section, together with the experience in managing profiles on social networks are finally summarized in the recommendations of communication on Twitter.
Russia's Soft Power - Use Cases

Russian foreign policy is particularly associated with the application of hard power resources. The aim of the thesis is to examine, whether is the Russian Federation trying to create soft power, as J. Nye defines it. The text is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter describes the theoretical concept of soft power and public diplomacy. The second chapter addresses the foreign policy development in the Russian Federation; the main part of this chapter defines Russia's soft power resources, split into the culture, political values and foreign policy. The last chapter is dedicated to application of the use of soft power in the post-soviet region focusing on a specific case of Georgia. In the end there should be clear, whether Russia has soft power resources, what instruments uses and whether its new strategy is successful in Georgia.
Particularities of corporate environment, commercial and cultural particularities - Maldives

This thesis characterizes the Republic of Maldives from economic and cultural point of view. The objective is to analyze business and cultural particularities of the country and to bring the customs closer to Czech tourists and businessmen. The thesis concerns practical knowledge and experience of travel agencies and tourists. It also deals with prospects of Maldives to the future.
Economic and Social Differentiation of Regions in Turkey at the Beginning of 21. Century

The bachelor thesis deals with economic and social differences between regions in Turkey. The aim of the work is to confirm that Turkey is a country with huge regional disparities and to describe and analyze the most problematic areas. The text is divided into three parts. The first chapter compares regions according to selected population, demographic, social and economic characteristics. The second chapter focuses on selected problems of regions. The third chapter analyzes the main reasons and results of regional disparities in Turkey and reveals the most possible perspectives of development in Turkey's regions, regarding to Turkey's candidature into the EU and current economic situation of Turkey.
